Nice easy to use system with aesthetically pleasing user interfaces

We use Homerun for all our HR, Goal setting, KPIs and Holiday management.

It's a great system for end users, easy to use, visibility on who is available within the organisation. Although I was not involved in deployment, the business has been very happy with the solution and have been using it for 3+ years now.

I would recommend anyone looking for a new HR platform to add Homerun to the list.

Easy user interface. Very responsive and does what i need, when I need it.

Once logged on everything is straight forward and simple, it all works well. But can sometimes be problematic and complicated to log on.

It's so helpful to keep everything in one place.

As an employee, I’ve found Homerun HR to be straightforward and easy to use. Booking holiday and accessing company information is all quick and simple, and the dashboard gives a clear overview of anything that needs attention.

The platform is well organised and easy to navigate, which makes everyday tasks much less time-consuming. It’s convenient to have everything in one place, and overall it has made managing HR-related tasks a much smoother experience.

I have been using Homerun for a while now and i think its great! Easy to use especially for booking annual leave and knowing what hours of leave i have remaining.

Although I was initially reluctant to use a computer based system (There's a reason I work outdoors and not in an office 😁) it is pretty easy to navigate and has simplified filing my timesheets. I can do it any time I like and I can use my phone.

Breezy software. Integration with LinkedIn makes it easy to get lots of applicants quickly. We've been using it for years and never a problem

Easy to understand interface.

I've used lots of different HR softwares over the years like bamboo and Bright HR, but this one is just works! It's so easy to navigate, and I really like the collaboration features, where you are able to see who is off at what days, and even receive event invitations which come through your email. All of the different sections of the software have beautiful overviews, whilst you can drill down and get the finer details when required at the same time. Highly recommend this!

Great tool for logging all HR and holiday info. Really useful. Never had any issues
