I found Homerun easy to use and simple to navigate. Its very user friendly and tasks such as booking annual leave can be carried out in a matter of minutes. Nice and clear calendar and vast array of useful reports

Homerun works really easy and is a great way to connect between employer and employee. I have used Homerun for the last 5 years and would recommend it.

Absolutely terrible customer service and misleading sales practices. Before placing my order, I specifically reached out to their team to confirm if the hinges were the exact match. They explicitly confirmed they were.
Once delivered, the hinges were completely different and did not fit. When I contacted them with clear photo evidence, their response shifted completely: they claimed they "cannot confirm from photos" and flatly refused to provide a replacement or take responsibility.
They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to secure an order, but the moment they have your money, they will wash their hands of any support. Do not trust their confirmations, and do not waste your money here. Avoid at all costs.

The formant is very easy to use and easy to navigate. My colleagues all say the same thing, it makes seeing who is where, booking holidays and time off very easy and smooth.
