Phone answered after 3 rings, choices very simple, answered again within 3 rings,appointment made,received text confirming appointment,engineer called 20 minutes before arrival. Completed repair efficiently and explained how the problem occurred and what he did to resolve. Excellent service.

Our Engineer (Joy) produced his ID at the door to my wife, he was very pleasant and put cover shoes on as soon as he came through the door, he thoroughly checked the boiler and gas meter.
