Really excellent service. The electrician knew his stuff, he was polite, determined to fix things for the minimum cost to us, hard-working, and managed to solve problems that had been around for years. Very impressive. I also had very good contact with his boss who tried to make sure the price was reasonable.

Allen did a great job at my property disconnecting an old security system. He was professional and quick. He also helped to identify and remove some old wiring I had concerns about, which wasn’t in the original brief. Communication and timing was also on point, I would recommend this service to others.

Communication was clear and professional, the service was delivered on time and the results met the expectations. Reliable, efficient and easy to work with. Would recommend.

We’ve been working with HEM London for a while now and have always found them to be reliable and professional. They usually attend on time, and their reports are sent over very quickly, often on the same day.

Communication is also really good. They’re quick to respond to messages and easy to deal with, which makes things much easier when you’re managing multiple jobs.

Overall, we’ve been very happy with the service from HEM London and would definitely recommend them.

Amazing experience. The service was exceptional. It was my first time using HEM London and would definitely use them again.

Used their services for an eicr in South london and they were absolutely brilliant. The engineer was meticulous and respectful through out the process and explained some of the things I didn't know about. I'll use their services again in the future.

Unfortunately, my experience with HEM London was below my expectations. While I appreciate the service provided, I encountered issues that made the overall experience frustrating.

Communication and customer support could have been much better, particularly when dealing with concerns and resolving problems.

I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving communication, transparency and the way issues are handled. I would be happy to reconsider my rating if the service improves in the future.

Had home hosts rewire my kitchen was good quality and good price. Will call again!

These guys are great, I have 4 properties with them whilst I’m living abroad and they manage it extremely well and efficiently. As they have crew on the team the maintenance costs are cheaper than anyone else. Would recommend.

We called a plumber from Hem London for an annoying leaky pipe problem and they were superb. Communication with their back office was easy and their frontline staff were super friendly. Most importantly they were competent. The job got done quickly and without fuss - and for a good price! Highly recommend!!
