Met veel kennis en op duidelijke en bovenal vriendelijke hulp heeft HomeEspanja ons begeleid bij de verkoop van ons appartement.
Onze dank gaat hier specifiek naar Jaimy Gubbels ,
in ons geval vonden we Nederlands talige hulp een belangrijk iets .
Ook niet onbelangrijk was de goede en vlotte samenwerking tussen HomeEspanja en de door hen aangeraden Advocaat.

I would just like to thank the team at Home España in Montserrat for the brilliant job they did of selling our apartment any queries or problems they took in their stride and resolved them. Fantastic and caring people 10 out of 10.But the last word must go to Argemary what a super helpful lady nothing was to much trouble.

Voor aankoop van een appartement in de omgeving van Orihuela Costa heb ik veel informatie en advies gekregen van Geert Scholten. Hij is heel professioneel, luistert goed en adviseert goed. Na veel bezichtigingen heb ik het juiste appartement gevonden voor de juiste prijs. Daarna kreeg ik hulp en advies van Gloria Lucey, van aftersales. Het team van office Los Dolses is heel behulpzaam en integer bij het ontzorgen bij het aankoop proces, waarvoor mijn hartelijke dank. Een grote pluim voor Home Espana.

Emma from Home Espana was excellent from start to finish which also included extra help and support after completion.
I purchased a new build property off plan which would not have been possible without Emma's support due to the language barrier and not being able to speak or read Spanish. Emma explained the process from start to finish and was there every step of the way. Emma was even available for when we completed a snagging list to pick up points which we would not have seen or raised and made sure these were all completed to a high standard.
Without Emma's help and support we would not have purchased our dream holiday home and will certainly recommend our friends and family to use Home Espana and in particular Emma.

Emma and the entire team at HomeEspana made my purchase and after sale service a breeze. It is difficult managing all of this from the U.S. and Emma made it so easy. From helping in furniture shopping, arranging for delivery and installation, opening a bank account, meeting with the contractor/seller, etc. I could have never done this without the entire team at HomeEspana. If you are an ex-pat and looking for a part-time or full-time move to Spain you should clearly seek HomeEspana for your place in the Spanish sun!

Emma, Clare and the Home Espana team have provided excellent service since we purchased a house in Denia through them.
The After Sales Service provided by Emma was tremendous including the ongoing advice and assistance given throughout.
From recommending and organising aircon, white goods and house alarm installation, to chasing builders and following up on snagging issues. They even helped take receipt of furniture that was delivered to the wrong address while we were out of the country.
No issue was too small, and always responded and actioned promptly.
Emma and Home Espana Team made this a pretty painless process and we're so glad we bought our Spanish house through them.

After working with Aaron, Argemary, and Andy we had such a good experience that we decided to use them to purchase a second property in Valencia.

They made it super easy for us buying from overseas with thorough videos of the property, answering any questions, and just generally being super available and helpful throughout the process.

We plan on moving to a new primary residence at some point in the future and will continue to be using HomeEspaña and the team. As buyers from overseas, it can be a super stressful process and it was such a relief to find a team that could communicate with us clearly and guide us through a foreign process like this.

Wat een slecht bedrijf. Willen denk ik niets verkopen. Ik was begin april in Denia en heb maanden voor die tijd contact opgenomen of wij tijdens ons verblijf elkaar konden ontmoeten en bezichtigingen konden plannen. Ik heb 2x contact opgenomen en er zou contact met mij opgenomen worden door een Nederlands sprekende makelaar maar die moet nu nog steeds bellen.....

Once again we would like to take the time to compliment beyond Home Espana La Zenia Helen. From a mere oversight we realized we needed to make arrangements to export our personal items from our recently sold property in Tenerife. Theron to export our personal belongings from Tenerife to Los Dolses Alicante of where Jamie, Helen and Lisa carried out the conveyancing on our behalf.
In the process of contacting the export removal company they advised us there would be VAT on our personal items. We were then confused as we would be charged tax for the items to be forwarded onto our new home in Alicante. We were advised that we needed the following: de registration from Tenerife and registration in Alicante which meant going to the Padron ( town hall) both ends. Appointments are almost none existent as they are months and months away. We contacted Helen on Friday morning 9 th May and within 20 mins she got us an appointment for when we are over at our home in July for the summer to register in Alicante. The service that Home Espana provide is absolutely phenomenal. How can you possibly match their attention to detail. Helen is outstanding in assisting and wanting to help with any question, problem or advice. Jamie MD at the time was just about to board a plane whilst we were making this enquiry. He referred our enquiry to Helen immediately and she had already dealt with it. How efficient is that? At the end of this process I discussed with Debra that we needed to ask Home Espana how much we needed to pay them for this extra service. On emailing Helen her response was unbelievably that there is no charge, it’s all part of the follow up service as a client. On that response I looked at my wife only to say can you believe how diligent these guys are. If anyone out there reading this wants any reassurance from a to z this is the company you should deal with. They gave educated us, given us knowledge and advice and are always willing to help assp. We visited Spain in Oct 2024 and Jan 2025 and looked at properties with Andy from Home Espana who was very helpful and patient. With very good service we eventually purchased a place and then Argemary who was dealing with post sales then helped us with everything from then on and it all went smoothly. We would definitely recommend them.
