I ordered a Liebherr fridge freezer on the 22nd of September, delivery was made on the 30th of September(that's eight days). The fridge freezer was scratched so had to go back. Next delivery was made on the 8th of October(that's sixteen days). I requested an afternoon delivery as I run a guest house. The delivery driver turned up at 8.30.I asked of he could return in the afternoon-''Sorry, no can do'' I asked them to leave it at the side of the house and I would bring it in later ''No can do''-It was left in my breakfast room in the box with my paying guests still having breakfast .Absolutely awful and embarrassing. In the afternoon I receive a call from the delivery company asking if they could come back and un-pack the fridge and take the packaging, to which I refused- what sort of cowboy company is this.
The fridge actually has two more dents on the front which can be seen across light.
They are sending me a new door which will take another 28 days to be delivered. Let's hope it's not damaged.
I paid £899 for this fridge/freezer and it probably is worth the money, but the hassle and grief I have had to go through with this company is certainly not worth it.
My rights as a consumer means that I have 30 days to accept this fridge, on the 29th day I shall be giving it back and demanding a full refund.

I was very impressed with Liebherr both with the Fridge Freezer we purchased but also with their after-sales support. The technology within the Fridge Freezer (LIEBHERR TGN14Ve04 Under Counter Freezer) is such an advancement of other manufacturers of frost-free freezers. The design includes a digital display, LED lighting system (this is a first for under counter freezers), and a neat architecture. When the compressor is not running it is absolutely silent and can be programmed to be run minimally on special days.
The after-sales support included a two-year guarantee which we registered. To our amazement we were contacted by Liebherr to say that our guarantee had been upgraded to 10 years. Liebherr clearly look after their customers as they proactively look into the entitlements of their clients post sales.
I would thoroughly recommend Liebherr as a company of integrity and will certainly look out for Liebherr products in the future.

Tried to alter the temperature manually and the freezer would not go into menu mode after pressing on off button 7 sec.
Then open your app and it doesn't let me log in.
Liebherr called me first thing Monday morning and explain how to adjust the temperature.

I like the look of my new freezer, when I registered my freezer, I couldn't find how to register for the 10 year guarantee, the company update this for me, I like the way the light flashes, a warning sound comes on, if you have left the door open too long, I like the way you can see what temperature it is sitting at, the machine is well made, the drawers are very sturdy, they hold more than my old freezer, I bought mine locally.

Purchased a well made basic small under counter fridge..It is a modern inverter compressor so speed controlled to reduce wear noise and energy consumption..it is well finished and exactly the standard you would expect for the money..The 10 year warranty is a big plus as it's all expenses paid by liebherr. Lets hope it does a good job of keeping the shopping fresh...

I bought undercounter stainless Liebherr fridge and a matching freezer from independent suppliers, registered them both online, and downloaded the app. They are brilliant - really quiet, good looking and obviously brilliantly made. I was very happy to get a 5 year guarantee, but after just a fortnight, Liebherr Home Appliances Great Britain got in touch to say they were extending my guarantee for another 5 years! Brilliant service, completely unexpected, and certainly gives me the impression that they trust their products, and take great care over their customers. I have never had such service from a manufacturer before, and in a decade (!) when the devices might need replacing, I will definitely be using Liebherr. Great product, fantastic after sales support, and peace of mind with such a long guarantee. Thanks so much!

Great freezer. My Mum loved to light that goes on when you open the door. The alarm is a good feature to have. The freezer came well packed with no damage. The 10 year guarantee is also a bonus and the company believes in their product to offer this.

We get very used to an existing fridge freezer. So, when it needs replacing, we want either the same make & model again or something similar. Needless to say, there isn't one. So, we have to consider a different manufacturer. Our local supplier (Kensingtons) suggested our current one. We are over the moon with it. Same external dimensions, but it's like 'Doctor Who's Tardis' inside. So much extra room. Deep shelves and very deep accessible freezer draws. Good space in the door. No stupid breakable door handles. I was contacted by the manufacturer with an extended warranty (no extra charge), something for nothing, that's a real bonus. I'd never heard of this manufacturer before or seen it advertised. Do yourself a favour and check them out. I'm in my 80's and buy very carefully. I have to watch my spending carefully. This was money well spent.

SHRINKFLATION! I bought what I thought was an identical Liebherr fridge to the one I had (Update: Liebbher 1200, 50cm wide to fit an exact space). External dimensions were exactly the same as my old one, three glass shelves, everything identical. However, internally, the shelves including shelves in the door, were a full TWO inches narrower than my old one, so overall capacity is much, much less than before. So disappointed with this.

I found the companies website great to navigate when i did have to call for assistance the advisor was only too willing to go the extra mile , The appliance is amazing very well built and looks very stylish i am only too glad i bought it .

Registering for the guarantee on the website was a nightmare. It would be really useful if it was explained that the model number etc is behind the bottom drawer of the freezer and can only be read by lying on the floor and taking a photo of it. There's something wrong with the upload process of the proof of purchase - I couldn't get it to work at all and was on the phone to shop I bought it from for half an hour to try and solve it - it wasn't straightforward at all. The instructions for use in the user manual are dreadful and need rewriting in more detail to be actually useful. On the plus side it's fairly quiet and 3 days in it seems efficient. However, no wine/bottle rack? Really? Who would that appeal to! Nobody! But there is an egg rack that takes 8 eggs - 8? Surely it should take a dozen because that's how we buy them. I threw it away. Design needs re-thinking.

I bought a Liebherr fridge freezer expecting premium quality, but the freezer drawer has now broken three times due to a flimsy plastic part in the slider. On the last occasion, customer service told me I was “closing the drawer incorrectly’. I’ve now spent £150 replacing parts that should never have failed in the first place. Very disappointed – both in the build quality and in the dismissive customer service. A high-end brand should do much better.

I have a new Liebherr freezer that does not keep its temperature. The correct temperature should be -18 but it is much warmer and I have now lost a freezer full of food on 2 occasions. I called up Liebherr customer service last week to try and organise a repair but they told me that I needed to reset the freezer first. They said they would arrange an engineer if the problem was not rectified. Needless to say, the freezer remains faulty and I called back to arrange an engineer visit. The customer service rep was obstructive and seemed reluctant to send out an engineer. I told him that there was an alarm going off and a sign with a temperature/exclamation mark on the display. I also gave him the temperature of my freezer. He asked me about an error code which doesn’t exist. He continued to be obstructive and said that if an engineer visits and there isn’t a problem, then they won’t be able to fix it! I assured him that wasn’t the case. Needless to say, there are no Leibherr engineers available for weeks. They will arrange for a service partner to come in a week but I’m about to lose another freezer full of food. I am so disappointed in my new Liebherr freezer and the poor customer service. As it’s under a year old and under warrantee, I would prefer a refund
