Outstanding does not begin to express the service and quality we experienced with this company and their associates. We purchased 2 of the Collector Pros and 1 of the Coin Deck. We are very impressed with the quality of each of the products. I used the chat to message a question and Sophia responded promptly and professionally. I getting ready to place another order! I HOOKED!

The pen deck is both beautiful and unique. I like the top shelf display with pens side by side but at an angle to better display them. The workmanship is premium and the packaging is extreme to protect the pen deck.
Besides all this the costumer supports is superb and outstanding. I felt more like a friend and less like a customer.

Little slow getting here, but you receive it made up for that. This is the best bill made by four the superior quality engineering designing built knife case on the market. I would buy another and recommend a friend.

I initially had issues with the watch pillows that came with the H&H first drop watch winder. Customer service was quick to respond and presented a solution that worked out for both sides. The owners even reached out to address my concerns and have since asked for additional ideas that might be considered for their products down the road.

The product is great quality. I can’t wait till my husband is home from deployment and can put his challenge coins on display.

Bought a watch box from them about 6 months ago. Was impressed with the packaging and even more so with the box.
I outgrew the box and ordered a new larger 1 today.
Yesterday, Sunday, I emailed them with a question and got a response very quickly.

The watch box is made solid and will last forever. I like the fact that the acrylic top can be easily replaced if it somehow got broken. Customer service was extremely quick and helpful with a question. I have referred many to this product line.

From the overall product to the customer service, this business is amazing. I made a mistake during my order and they were quick to help me. Because it was an error on my part I expected to pay for the personalized item but instead the company went above and beyond and sent me one. Not only did they help mitigate my issue, but they were so nice about it. The coin box is the perfect gift. My husband was so happy. The quality and presentation of coins looks so nice on his desk! We will definitely be buying more items in the near future!

I wanted to upgrade my Armada case with the hinged cover on the pro series. After emailing the company I received a response within hours. Highly unusual to have an answer so quickly. I had the sense my request wasn't typical but they told me they could certainly send a new cover. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised!
I had the pleasure to meet Ian and Phil at Blade Show 2025. They were super nice and professional. Great guys! I hope you continue to succeed in your business. Great products and great service.

I like the packaging and the materials. The lid was broken though. One of the corners was not attached. I wish there was more room for my fixed blades. I wish all of the little pedestals were interchangeable so you can configure the knife mounts and watch mounts any way you like. And I wish the drawer was more reinforced and slid in and out smoother. For what it is, it does the job though.

It's packaged very poshly, a bit like a Rolex, IWC etc, so you expect something quite good when opening it.
Unfortunately then you get to the actual product, which is honestly like something you'd pay £20 for from Home Bargains. It's clearly not wood but laminated MDF or something, you can even see wrinkles in the laminate in places. It's light, rattly, very cheap feeling. My missus bought it me as a present and insisted on sending it back for a refund when she saw it.

Received wrong order. Eventually I received the correct order but had to wait over 1 month. Plus I had to pay for the cost of shipping material in order to return incorrect item.

Always skeptical about online, FB in particular, sales ads. I rolled the dice and asked for the Armada for my knife collection for Christmas. Packaging was impressive, and beyond my expectations. When I got to the actually case, I couldn’t believe the quality of the product, and fit & finish. It’s absolutely awesome. Noticed a small chip in the lid (with the packaging, I have no clue how it could’ve happened). Sent a pic and emailed customer service. Within a week I received the new lid in perfect condition. I’ll be doing business with these guys again. Highly recommend.
