Super nice knife display case! The drawer is a little difficult to open and close, but I'm pretty sure they have fix this with som metal rail system on the newer models.

I bought my first Holme & Hadfield watch case a year ago and was amazed at the quality and design, Since then I’ve purchased another four, They are that good ! And I’m not done yet. There is a few more products that I’m wanting to get and I’m looking forward to their new releases . The customer service is fantastic, I’ve had tailored videos from their team and they are always ready to help and answer any questions or queries. Overall the best company I’ve ever dealt with.

Holme and Hadfield clearly takes pride in the craftsmanship of all their product offerings. I buy gifts for my husband and son and never worry that they (or I) will be disappointed in the quality. I love buying gifts from Holme and Hadfield.

I own a walnut Armada and the riser and it is perfect for my needs.I love the ease of use and how it displays my collection.

Review Correction.

I want to correct my opinion and review of the company “Holme & Hadfield”.
Yesterday I wrote a scathing review only to wake up to an apologetic letter from H&H.
In their previous letter to me they were gracious and willing to help. I unfortunately did not notice their response since it was in my spam folder.
I must apologize for not noticing their response since email and retract (deleted) any previous negative posts or reviews.

Expectations exceeded!!! The original order was delayed but rest assured they provided above and beyond for this delay!!!

These guys over promise and under deliver. Promised delivery before Christmas. Didn't arrive until March, and then it arrived broken. When the defect was brought to the company's attention, they tried to deny responsibility and then tried to condition a refund upon unreasonable return demands. The product is also much cheaper than it appears. It's actually mediocre quality junk. And when you challenge their unethical behavior, they try to game you. Do not do business with this business.

Had an issue with the clear display lid upon arrival of my knife case. Holme and Hadfield replaced it immediately for me

The products I have all have came very well packaged. It makes you feel like the company cares about how you receive the product. All products have been quality made and I just love them.

I asked for the challenge coin Chest display for Christmas, but my father mistakenly purchased a smaller model. When I inquired with Holme & Hadfield about exchanging them in a way without alerting my dad, so as not to embarrass him, I received a non-answer.

I then ended up buying the Chest model on my own. The acrylic piece arrived damaged, so I took photos, sent them to Holme & Hadfield, and asked for a replacement Chest.

But a new acrylic piece arrived, not a replacement of the entire item. I found that this acrylic piece was too small to fit on top of the wood—upon trying to slide the acrylic on, it scratched the wood, and then broke. I have photos of this, too.

I am extremely disappointed with the durability and construction of the Chest model, and cannot honestly say I would recommend it to anyone.
