Your latest order was for Sikkens Cetol WF771.
These are different products, which explains the different viscosity that you describe.

Kept me informed when there was a delay
Holman kept in touch when there was a manufacturer's delay. Delivery safely packed (important for paint!). They did not get 5 stars because the delivery could not be tracked.
