Complaint - Request for Impartial Review and Investigation Regarding Recent Ban (Chatsworth Hollywoodbets)

Hi

I am writing to formally raise my concerns regarding the manner in which I was treated upon my arrival at the branch on Sunday, 20 April 2025.

Upon arrival, I was denied entry by the VIP on duty. I immediately requested to speak with the on-duty manager. The VIP informed me that Tutu would brief me shortly. I had no objection to waiting, however, after more than 20 minutes, no one had approached me with any explanation. During this time, I overheard Adrian (branch manager) on the two-way radio asking, “Is he still there outside?” - an unprofessional and dismissive way to handle a customer, particularly in such a sensitive matter.

Adrian arrived roughly 5/10 minutes later and informed me that a decision had been made to ban me from all branches, based on video footage. I accepted the ban, but I requested clarification: Who made this decision? What process was followed? It appeared both biased and one-sided.

I pointed out that both parties involved in the incident should be subjected to the same disciplinary action. The footage reviewed did not include audio - a crucial detail, as the other individual involved used foul and provocative language, to which I reacted by pushing him away. The situation ended there and was peacefully resolved. It’s worth noting that both the STL and the VIP were present at the time of the incident and can confirm this account.

My concern is not about disputing the ban itself, but about the inconsistency in its application. Why was only I banned? A fair review of the footage will show that a second altercation began between that punter and another person at the card table - something that appears to have been conveniently overlooked.

I cannot help but feel that this decision stems from a personal bias against me - especially given my previous concerns raised regarding operational shortcomings at this branch. The response I received following that complaint led to visible hostility and an uncomfortable environment for me upon my return. I was even wrongly perceived as attempting to have staff dismissed.

Furthermore, Adrian requested an apology from me. For what, exactly? There was no damage to property, no injuries, and the situation was promptly de-escalated. I’ve witnessed more severe incidents - including situations involving firearms - where no written apologies were required from the parties involved.

Given all of the above, I am requesting that an independent and impartial investigation be conducted. This should not be overseen by senior management, as I have reason to believe there are close relationships influencing objectivity. I would appreciate if this matter is not discussed with Adrian’s subordinates, as my previous experience after lodging a complaint led to tension and an intimidating atmosphere.

Please note that I do not wish to remain anonymous, and I am more than willing to participate in any discussions or clarifications required.

I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and reviewed fairly.

NB. There was an incident recently where a regular punter (doctor) was assaulted in the branch by two VIP punters, none of them where banned. It really helps to be on gangsters payroll I guess!

Just joined spent R4000 and had 1 feature out of a few games, ran at like R30. I mean, it took like 15 minutes to burn through R4000. Where is the fun in that? t least make it fun if you going to take all the money....Wont be playing there again... sorry but not sorry.

you never actually think about bad stuff until it happens,you never actual think there's bad people until the day you're convinced you're not deal with people anymore.the answers sound automated,the ai insist you must ask it question but then...where you hope to get answers from you never don't.here's the thing,they can help but it's their decision to or if they want to,up to it,or ever up for it.Some are amazing,brilliant but the process are not as good as them.so it ends up contradicting them.very vague not at all transparent and never comes back with a solution,always with another 48 hours

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Hollywoodbet as a loyal customer I've deposited a significant amount of money but odds seem to be consistently stacked against the player making nearly impossible to win furthermore I've encountered issues with the withdrawal process its slow and cumbersome with excessive documentation required this has caused unnecessary delays and frustration I'm concerned that Hollywoodbets is prioritizing profits over fair play and customer satisfaction.i hope that the management takes these issues seriously and implements changes to ensure a more transparent and equitable gaming experience until then i would advise others to approach with caution and carefully consider there options before depositing any money

I’m beyond fed up with Hollywoodbets, and honestly, I’m not alone. After spending hundreds of thousands of rands, the constant losses with no rewards or meaningful bonuses are enough to make anyone lose patience. It’s clear that the odds are rigged, and the platform doesn’t seem to care about their players, which makes me wonder: What the hell are you doing with all the money you rake in, Hollywoodbets?

There’s no rakeback, no loyalty rewards, no weekly or monthly bonuses for deposits or wagering—nothing. The only time there’s a bonus is when it costs me more money upfront. And the rare promotions they run? They're laughably bad, offering a tiny percentage of your deposit at best. To make matters worse, the few bonuses they do offer require you to bet huge amounts just to stand a chance at winning anything of significance. I’ve never won anything substantial, not in all my years on this platform, and frankly, I doubt anyone else has either. It’s a rigged system designed to make you spend more without any real hope of a return.

And let’s talk about that so-called "birthday gift." After spending a fortune on your platform, all I get is R10 on my birthday? Are you serious? Is this your idea of loyalty? It’s pathetic. What are you really doing for your players here, other than just rinsing money from people who believe they’ll actually get something back?

To management: How competent do you think you are at handling other people’s money? What kind of operation are you running where you take in so much, yet offer so little in return? Do you even care about keeping your players happy, or is this just about squeezing every last cent out of us? Because from where I’m sitting, it feels like a money-grabbing machine with no care for the people who keep you afloat.

You’ve lost me for good, but rest assured, I’ll be letting everyone I know about how Hollywoodbets is nothing but a money-draining scam. And trust me, you won’t like the feedback coming your way. Fix your platform, or keep losing customers—it's as simple as that.

I am writing to express my....utter dissapointment

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the assistance I received from one of your support agents concerning a referral reward issue.

I recently referred a friend to Hollywoodbets, following the referral requirements stated on your website. My friend used the referral link to sign up and successfully completed the FICA verification process. Shortly after, I received an SMS confirming that my referral was successful and that I had been rewarded with R50. However, when I reached out to your support team for clarification, I was informed that I do not qualify for the reward because my friend must first make a deposit.

This contradicts the stated requirements on your website and in Hollywoodbets’ advertisements, none of which mention a deposit as a prerequisite for the referral reward. Furthermore, the agent also claimed that Hollywoodbets does not send out SMS confirmations for referral rewards, despite the fact that I have clear proof of receiving such an SMS. When I offered to provide a screenshot as evidence, the agent ignored my offer and continued to insist that a deposit was required.

This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, as I followed the rules exactly as stated, and yet my eligibility for the reward has been unfairly denied. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that clarity is provided regarding the official referral requirements. If a mistake was made in denying my reward, I expect it to be corrected accordingly.

This site is full rigged. All soccer games results comes according to their order.
If you played over 1.5 on soccer results comes 1:0 or 0:0 even played scored goals they cancel it all systems are under their control including coaches. They manipulate games after you played it.there is no chance you to win everything is under their control. Please stay away if you can.
