My hollywoodbets account is blocked

My experience with Hollywoodbets has been nothing but a nightmare. I made a deposit and accidentally entered the wrong account number. I immediately contacted support, and instead of helping me resolve it, they kept piling on the most ridiculous list of documents and requirements you can imagine.

First they wanted a bank statement — which I sent. Then they refused it because it was in Afrikaans — a legal and official language in South Africa! Since when is your own country’s language not good enough for proof?

I tried again with the correct account number and even that deposit never showed in my Hollywoodbets account. Again, I was asked for affidavits, certified ID, screenshots, payment confirmations, proof from my bank, and more. It’s like they’re doing everything possible to avoid giving me my own money back.

I’m tired of being treated like a criminal for trying to use their platform. The support is not helpful, just copy-paste responses and new demands each time you reply.

I’ve wasted time, money, and effort. No other betting site I’ve used has ever made such a mess out of a simple deposit.

Hollywoodbets, get your act together. South Africans deserve better than this.

Terrible service, they give you the run around for documentation if you don't put correct reference number, even if you send POP ETC. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

My account was suspended after trying to make a withdrawal , which was declined.
After two weeks of speaking to agents daily telling me my account was being audited and telling me documents I've submitted have been sent to relevant departments ( also assuring me I should not visit one of their branches )
I went to a branch and later the day spoke again to one of the agents to get a follow up. I was notified that my documents were only submitted once I went into the branch.

Very poor service , agents lie to you and don't do their job and also don't seem like they know what their doing

had money in my hollywood account it all vanished..made countless withdrawals still haven't received the money ..customer service also not helpful..they keep on saying there is no trace i think we should report it

Never join Hollywoodbets, They locked my account and its been 5 days now. They say its under Audit but they don't tell me what for. i'm unable to bet. STAY AWAY.

Im so disappointed in Hollywoodbets service.. I have withdrawn R2000 on my EFT on the 10th of June. Ive called a million times and send you guys 100 emails, no one is willing to assist get my money back. Hollywoodbets is rigged guys ...I won R601 but I only got R60... Today I placed a bet with R10 of 3 teams all those team won but the third one they pospone. Dates...some matches are fake...in Hollywoodbets sites it says the game will play on 5 June but in Google it says 25 June...this betsites is an example of Rigged. Robbery and scammers I even have slips and screenshot as proof...even the consultants are dishonest....the are part of the scheme....they screwed me multiple times.... am still even shocked...on 22 may 2025 I won 601 but I received R60...like really guys come on ..I have proof of everything...they said they still investigating the issue...a d the weird part... my history of betslips is wiped out including lucky numbers....

Hi my name is feroza and I'd really appreciate it if hollywoodbets could get the manager to call me as soon as possible, because everytime I lay a complaint, my issue doesn't get resolved they tell me to hold on for the next available consultant I wait so long I massage them reminding them I'm still waiting still get no help then I log out cause I give up because they always do this then they reply, to make it look like I never responded but the truth is they made me stay on the line for them to get away with making it seem like they have resolved the issue,but they didn't and they know I complain and then I fight and when they say they checking on there side everything is normal on there side then I say okay and leave it there but this is not a small amount of money and I can't keep allowing the people that hollywoodbets got working for them cheat me everytime it's not fair

Hollywood bets in the past made you win some and lose more. Now it's just lose, lose and lose. Free games are non existent and by miracle when they arrive you win R 40.
