I visited the store at around 6:50pm and was approached by Vithyia. I assumed it would be the usual “we’re closing soon,” but instead she genuinely wanted to make sure I found what I needed and didn’t feel rushed. Her care and attention were refreshing — it honestly made my day.
Viktoria was also incredibly helpful, offering clear advice about the supplements available and guiding me toward the one best suited to my needs. At no point did I feel pressured to leave or come back the next day; they simply went above and beyond, and I’m really grateful for that. I’ve since started taking the supplement regularly and finally feel confident about what I’m using.
On a separate visit, Nely was just as attentive when I came to pick up my order. Consistent service like this is rare these days, and I wanted to say a sincere thank you to all three of them.

Today, the staff at the store on Market Street stole two boxes of my medication. I bought three boxes two days ago, and I returned today to exchange them for smaller boxes. However, the previous receipt only showed one box. This was the previous staff's mistake, and now they've stolen two boxes from me.

vitamin e Dr Organic…defintely off
I purchased online vitamin e Dr Organic cream, buy 1 get one half price, and started using one, but they were both discolured yellow, I recently went to a store and you could see they were not yellow, no best before date on the packaging, also I purchased a calendular on special offer, also yellow, the vitamin e had a vile smell, I had to throw all 3 items out, the only thing I will now buy from there are vitamin d3 tablets, I will not purchase any sort of creams again. Complete waste of money

False advertising
They offer free next day delivery if you spend over £60 but my items were not out for delivery when I checked the next day.
I called customer service and they told me I should have ticked the box for next day delivery…..there is no box to tick!!
Customer service argued that there is a box to tick and it was my fault.
I needed the items next day bit now told it takes 3-5 days and won’t let me cancel.
Not happy and will never use again.

H&B Always stocking great products, and the prices are very good and affordable, great discounts off some products and fast delivery, love shopping in H&B , I just wish there was a store in my town so I could visit in a regular basis! Cheaper than my local health food store!

VERY sales driven
There’s been a distinct change in H&B over the years. Going from a simple health food type store to being on steroids to drive sales up!
As a result of the above all their ‘amazing offers’ are false. They vastly inflate prices and play around with offers each week to delude you into buying more than you intended believing you have a bargain. We all have a choice clearly, but this is really quite misleading and exploits the more vulnerable in a hard sales way.

Is so hard for them to deliver a good service. I worded two things and I was waiting for nothing to receive. The parcel, hard I was find was lost, after one weeks. Now I must to wait another one week to pick up my self from one of the store. I have and subscription from them, I will cancel and that too.
