And also wring details entered for the application form. I sent the details to the guy 100 times to get it write , he is so carless , doesnt even read it. I asked him to connect me to one of his senior he ignored . I asked him to give me feedback link he kept rejecting. I would avoid dealing with them again .
You guys are lying. i called the guy hundreds of times and he never picked up . I asked him many times to connect me with his supervisor and he ignores my messages. Run guys from this scammer.

WARNING
WARNING: Fraudulent practices, fake details, and total negligence led to visa rejection
Save your time and money—do NOT use this company (operating under multiple names like Holiday Experts, Fast Holidays, and Schengen Visa Expert, with payments taken under Fast Fly Travel and Tourism).
My appointment was on a Monday, and they sent my documents at the very last minute on Sunday, leaving me virtually no time to review them. When I checked, the errors were catastrophic: I explicitly told them I am an unemployed student, yet in the cover letter they wrote that I was employed while telling me to attach my personal bank statement. This glaring contradiction directly caused my visa rejection.
They manipulate applications by routing people through Iceland visas, use multiple phone numbers, and use fake staff names to avoid accountability when things go wrong. Their gross incompetence and dishonest practices ruined my application. Avoid them at all costs.

Save your time, money, and sanity—do NOT use Expert Holidays or Fast Holidays for visa services. Their complete lack of professionalism directly caused my partner’s Schengen visa to be rejected.

Jennifer was helpful, but I’ve only been granted a Schengen visa for 45 days, even though I travelled to another country for the application and paid the service fee. People hire these services to get support from professionals. Thanks.
