I was in touch with jeniffer for my application form to be review for applying to moldova. As this was my first time i wasn’t sure, what exactly was needed for the application to be completed. Jeniffer, was helpful. Though seemed like she wasn’t much sure as looked like her first time applying as well. My visa form was deemed inadmissible due to lack of incorrect information provided and wrong visa type request. After 4th correction on application finally, I have managed to receive the visa. For a time i was quite scared, if I’m being honest. But despite of all of this, jeniffer was patience and helped me throughout the correction process. She was polițe and helpful.

The only reason to give 5 stars is the only fact that your company executive Ms. Katherine guided me throughout the process of visa. And she was very informative about the process. I’m thankful to her for visa guidance and support.

But at the same time I was disappointed by the company personal who has provided the travelling ticket details was not quite right. Which I think may have affected me not getting a multiple entry Schengen visa and instead I ended up with getting single entry for the same. I don’t know that person name, otherwise I would have mentioned it.
