Una de las peores experiencias de mi vida, se desentienden completamente una vez realizas el pago. No encontrabamos el lugar ya que no dan indicaciones correctas y su respuesta es que ese no es su problema.
Dos horas para entrar a la estancia, de lo peor que he podido vivir.
Esta empresa debería ser denunciada.

Mi experiencia con este alojamiento ha sido profundamente decepcionante y poco profesional. Reservamos el apartamento con mucha antelación para Semana Santa, pero lo cancelaron alegando que no habíamos confirmado mediante un enlace que, en ningún momento, recibí por correo. La falta de comunicación fue evidente desde el principio.

Intenté contactar con el hotel en múltiples ocasiones sin éxito; cuando finalmente respondieron, el trato fue inadecuado y poco empático. Se limitaron a decir que estaban ocupados y que en un día darían una solución, cosa que nunca ocurrió. Además, derivaron la responsabilidad a Booking, generando aún más confusión.

Por su parte, Booking indicó que la gestión de pagos dependía del hotel. Incluso intentaron mediar contactando con ellos, sin obtener respuesta telefónica, y enviaron un correo para que respetaran el precio original. Prometieron una solución en pocas horas, pero tampoco hubo resultados.

En conjunto, la situación parece responder a una estrategia poco transparente: cancelar una reserva previa para volver a ofrecerla a un precio más elevado. Resulta especialmente sospechoso que la cancelación se produjera tras superar el plazo en el que podían cobrar penalización. En definitiva, una gestión caótica, falta de atención al cliente y una sensación clara de falta de honestidad.

El apartamento muy bien.
Por poner una pega, la alcachofa de la ducha muy incómoda.
Cabe reseñar también el ruido de un tubo de olores por el patio interior, a veces hasta las 22 de la noche.

Estuvimos 4 noches en este apartamento y la experiencia fue excelente. Muy bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia. El trato recibido por el equipo fue inmejorable, siempre atentos y resolviendo cualquier duda con rapidez.
Queremos destacar especialmente a Igor, que fue muy amable y profesional en todo momento, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor.
Sin duda, repetiremos y lo recomendamos al 100%.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé et nous sommes très satisfaits.
L'appartement est bien situé, proche des gares et des commerces. Il est agréable avec une grande et belle terrasse. On peut atteindre les sites touristiques à pied ou en utilisant les transports en commun.
La communication avec IGOR et les autres membres de l'équipe de H2M est facile. Ils sont gentils, efficaces et arrangeants.

Appartement tres propre avec toutes les commodités.
Hyper bien placé pour visiter Malaga. Tout se fait â pieds en quelques minutes.
L organisation est top et tres bonne communication.
Assez bien insonorisé malgré la proximité de l avenue principale.

Appartamento molto elegante, semplice e pulito, ben tenuto, in una zona molto comoda della bellissima città di Malaga! Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi e/o bici, così come le zone della spiaggia. Proprietari molto educati, precisi e disponibili nel dare le indicazioni per le casa!

Appartamento splendido a due passi dal centro ,molto pulito e ben attrezzato .Assistenza via messaggi molto utile e presente senza essere invadente .Consigliatissimo !!

Marcos and the all company were very attentive and professional. It was very easy to access the property in Malaga city centre and it was an amazing price for the place we had!

I could not access the apartment in Benelmadena
The keybox did not work
I returned home the same day without access
They now say they will only charge me for 2 days instead of the 7 booked
You cannot charge for something not supplied
I wish I had read Trust Pilot before booking
I am owed 860 euro
I am a pensioner
I await their refund if they are such an honest company.
Update: They now say they are keeping 100% of my money as I cannot prove I was there (?) Apparently suggesting you have to prove you arrive? Thats a new one lol.
24th April Update: Damage deposit refunded (150 euros) which they cant avoid as it is the law. Hard to damage a property you have never entered.
No mention of the other 700e

The photo is of the key box as you are well aware. It did not open asyou are also well aware.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung mehr als zufrieden. Ich hatte vorher in Sevilla eine grauenvolle Unterkunft und kam dann in eine große, Saubere und voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Über die Waschmaschine hatte ich mich am meisten gefreut :) Die Lage war sehr gut und ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Our stay was good, the flat was clean and good quality for a price. They responded quickly and solved the problem we had (broken toaster). Flat had all basics you need for a stay, like kitchen appliances, aircon, hairdryer etc. All was as pictures inside, no nasty surprised. Adriana was helping us and did a great job. Don't get put off by bad reviews just because people expect 5 star treatment for cheap accomodation and don't understand the culture. Accomodation was good, fair price and exactly as advertised.

No recommendation: not customer-or solution-oriented.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The rental company Holidays2malaga doesn't cooperate with the renting people at all. There is no willingness to help or compromise. We didn't have a credit card to pay the €150 deposit, we offered a debit card or cash - no one was interested in this fact and they stubbornly wanted a credit card for unknown reasons. They took the money for the reservation and did not want to return it or find a solution for paying the deposit. The lady I wrote to - Daga, extremely arrogant and rude - only said that either we pay by credit card or they will not let us into the apartment and stopped replying to messages. When asked to contact the supervisor, she said that he is unavailable and we should write on e-mail for all renting (the day before the start of the rental). Finally, booking.com helped with canceling the reservation and refunding the money, but I warn you because it is impossible to come to an agreement with this company.

Will overcharge you if you need to modify your reservation when travel plans change. They make it very timeconsuming trying to contact their management in charge, which chooses to remain anonymous, - first company I have delt with not telling openly the name of their CEO.Bubu apartments is under H2M. For marketing they use other company's brand name ( Nono Charming Stay vs. Bubu Charming Stay, written on the builging wall ) and their rereceptionist claimed they are the same company.Well, they are not. They also ignore your complaints simply not caring. A typical travel business company exploting tourists as much as they can. Would not trust their 9 to 10 reviews are for real.

Warning! Don't use this company They are dishonest and totally misrepresent their properties. I feel as though i have been scammed. Firstly it's a nightmare trying to even get into apartment as the details they promise on they day does not materialise. Some one has to let you in eventually after 40 minutes it was sorted out. I booked in the summer month of july specifically with AC knowing i have a young family and need it for the summer hot season. When arrived there was just fans and the AC unit broken. Now who has fans when you have AC? They kept saying an engineer will fix but kept changing the story to the owner needs to approve the fix. I can only describe them as lying scoundrels. Finally there is no parking at the apartment, so having to park away, please be very careful. I did not do my research on trip advisor on this company and should have done before booking.
THE APARTMENT is Okay. Had to buy own bleach to wash away the smelly shower. If you have booked I would urge you to cancel and rebook elsewhere. Our holiday has been ruined but I don't want this to happen to others.

1. Sistema de reservas poco transparente: tras realizar una reserva a través de la aplicación, recibes un montón de mensajes, entre los que es importante ver el que contiene un enlace. A través del enlace, deberás pagar un depósito obligatorio de 150 €, subir una foto de pasaporte, un selfie y dejar una firma digital. Al iniciar sesión desde un dispositivo móvil, no se muestran los términos del contrato que estás obligado a firmar. Debes proporcionar toda esta información ANTES de tu llegada.

2. No se le enviará información sobre la vivienda hasta el último momento. 20 minutos antes de que aterrizara mi vuelo, recibí un mensaje de WhatsApp confirmando los datos de mi reserva. Este no es el mensaje que esperas recibir después de un largo vuelo, y cuando la compañía ya tiene todos los datos requeridos y el depósito durante 24 horas. Para obtener información sobre la vivienda y las llaves, tuve que llamarme y preguntar esta información.
Después de todas estas “aventuras” durante el check-in, la empresa comenzó a exigir muy persistente información sobre la hora de check-out con más de 24 horas previas a mi salida.

3. Falta de atención del personal: se proporcionó la contraseña de Wi-Fi incorrecta. La única solución que ofreció la empresa fue reiniciar el router. De hecho, resultó que la empresa no se molestó en corregir un carácter en la contraseña proporcionada.
