Stay at the apartment in Malaga - one week, three friends.
The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The location was amazing, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic centre, where you can find many restaurants, shops, and the main attractions. It was also not far from the harbour and the beach, which were about a 15–20-minute walk away.
On our last day before our flight, we left our luggage at the reception and paid an additional fee for the service.
Thank you once again, Holiday2Malaga, for making our stay comfortable and easy. We would also like to say a big thank you to Marcos, who was really helpful! 😊🤗

This place is great
This place is great, close to the sea, lots of places to walk. There is a swimming pool on the grounds which was the best complement to your stay. The perfect apartment. The most important thing is clean and equipped with everything necessary. For me, the only downside was the dining room table, it's glass, and that creates a big risk of damage and I find these situations stressful. The balcony is nice with a beautiful view, it is worth to put some rest there, instead of sunbeds, then it would be perfect:) And the equipment would be useful beach umbrella. The whole stay was mega successful, I recommend with a clear conscience and plan to return in the next vacation. Thank you very much to our guardian Marcos, a super guy and very helpful. See you soon.

Horrendous, dishonest and SCAM
Horrendous, scamming company. Staff are extremely rude, especially Marcos and Juan Carlos. The apartment was suitable, although not amazing. They have refused to return the £150 security deposit claiming we made damages to the sofa bed, when we have sufficient evidence to prove it was already in that condition when we arrived. They also accused us of snapping some of the wood on the sofa, however that is not possible with it having been a bed all week. Under Spanish Law, it is illegal to withhold the desposit without sufficient evidence to identify my group as the culprits. As 4 young english lads travelling abroad, we were fully expectant of something like this to happen.
Clearly this is a common thing, as many other reviews also say how dishonest and vile this company is. I should’ve read the trustpilot page before booking with them. Scandalous company and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Dear Guest,
We are sorry to read your comments, but we must firmly clarify that the security deposit was not withheld arbitrarily.
The sofa bed was inspected after your departure and damage was found to its wooden structure. We have photographic evidence of its condition before and after your stay, as well as the corresponding report from our team. Based on this evidence, the damage was attributed to your reservation and the relevant amount was deducted from the security deposit.
The fact that the sofa remained open as a bed during the stay does not mean that damage to its structure could not have occurred. We also completely reject the suggestion that this decision was related in any way to your age or nationality. The same procedure is applied to every guest, without exception.
Regarding the comments about our staff, we are sorry that you felt dissatisfied with the way the matter was handled. However, Marcos and Juan Carlos followed our established procedure and explained the reason for the deduction.
We would also like to put the reference to Trustpilot into context. At the time of writing, that platform contains only 39 reviews about our company, and dissatisfied customers are naturally more likely to post there. On Google, where there is a much broader and more representative sample, our company has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 based on more than 3,000 reviews.
We have been managing holiday accommodation for many years and we do not retain deposits without documented evidence. We understand that you disagree with the outcome, but we categorically reject the accusations of dishonesty, fraud and discriminatory treatment.
Kind regards,
Holidays2Malaga

Contactámos imediatamente o anfitrião e a Booking, enviando fotografias e vídeos.
