NO working customer service number. NO tracking number.
Been waiting over 3 weeks for my package

One of the best anime merch stores. Highly recommended

My product came within 2.5 weeks (much earlier than I had anticipated) and I was completely satisfied with my Uchiha Sasuke cosplay costume! It was exactly as advertised. I've also never experienced customer service as exemplary and instantaneous as Hokage Store. As a customer who constantly likes to be updated on her orders, I really appreciated that a support manager responded fast to all of my questions. Thank you so much!! I give the customer service and quality of the product 5 stars. And I will definitely be making a purchase on this site in the future! :)

I just received a backpack and some clothes from attack on titan and they are amazing! Although it took some time to arrive but once I got I was really happy with the products.

Terrible website, it is a scam. They're phone numbers lead to nowhere. They have yet to respond to my emails because they are sending me the completely wrong product. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Just received my Naruto glowing backpack. It’s sooo beautiful! Spacious and high quality backpack. All zips are working, no outstanding threads. I received it in 3 weeks. Tracking was available and working. Thank you guys!

Bought a bomber jacket on hokagestore.com. I ordered a thick instead of thin jacket. It took me a month and a half to get the merch. A week after purchasing I haven't recieved a tracking number. I had to contact them and they gave me a tracking number. For 5 days the tracking number had no status. I contacted them again they told me due to free shipping there is no tracking. Eventually recieved the bomber jacket and I can tell you the material is cheap the naruto logo on the back wears off it's like a cheap sticker. You can buy the bomber jacket yourself off of amazon for $30 and get the logo imprinted yourself at the mall for maybe $20.

This people are scammers don't buy they using fake phone numbers and charge for stuff right away but never send tracking numbers.

I ordered a sweatshirt for the first time in this store. But it occured that I accidentally misspelled my home address. I was so worried about it but thanks to Hokage Store support manager everything was figured out very fast. I got my sweatshirt and really happy about it! Thanks again for your help and support!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a naruto headband last November 30 2017 and the parcel never came to my address. Ive kept asking them a refund for my lost item but they never respond to my messages! Its been 45 days already since the day I ordered from their company and I never receive any tracking information. Its very dissapointing.

I ordered from this store three weeks ago and was charged instantly however I haven't received any tracking information and when I try to look up my order on their site there's no info or record of the # they gave me. I've emailed them twice and sent their fb messenger a message and haven't gotten any response. I basically waisted my $.

No Jacket, No costume and 2 packages came in with 2 items missing in both packages. 4 unanswered items and 2 packages (over 2 weeks later) tracking still saying it's on a plane from China to America... No plane flies for 2 weeks straight.

I feel like this site scams you for anything that isn't cheaply hand-made for $1 while they sell it for $20 and than ignores you when your expensive items aren't shipped or lost or not received.

I purchase a lot online and this is one site I will never go back to.

I ordered 2 costumes, total order was $80. After 2 weeks and I had still not gotten any shipping notifications, I tried to contact them to ask about it. I got the order confirmation email and they damn sure charged me for it. But I can't get a reply to my emails or online submissions. I've found two different phone numbers for them, 1 on hokagestore.com and the other on the FB page. Neither number works.

Very good online shop. I'm happy with the order. My children like comics but there are no good posters in our city so we decided to order on HokageStore. About 2 weeks and we received our order. Recommend!
