Ordered a part a good while back, not even been dispatched.
Buyer beware with Hogparts.
They are also not responding to my emails, just a stonewall so having to do a clawback via my bank.
If you dont want a headache avoid Hogparts UK Ltd

Great prices, great quality stuff. But takes a while for delivery, I do use more than other businesses though.

All good, and as expected

Absolutely abhorrent customer service, ordered parts a month ago and still not even received confirmation from them. Sent numerous emails, no response, tried calling, automated message stating they are too busy to answer the phone. Have now tried to cancel the order 3x and still nothing from this lacklustre customer support team! They go on and on and on about contracts but they don’t care when they are the ones in breach of the contract! We are looking now at consumer rights and small claims court in order to resolve this issue!!
Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Awful customer service.
Nobody answers the phone .
No reply to many emails .
Asked for a refund still no reply.
May have to go to trading standards or small claims court.
Will never order from hogparts again

The “company” could tell you when the item you ordered would be sent out. The “company” could not just take your order then bugger off on holiday without saying a word. The “COMPANY” could read there emails upon there return and after a week send out the order anyway even though you cancelled it twice. The “COMPANY” could go find another customer as I won’t be using them again along with 7 others that won’t be using HOGPARTS again.

Ordered parts. Took the money immediately.

Dispatch date past. Emailed them. Delivery date past, emailed them. Waited a further 3 working days, emailed them. No one picks up the phone.

My last email said if I didn't hear back urgently I'd be talking to my credit card company to organise a charge back. Which looks like what I'm going to have to do, because I can't contact them at all to discuss my order.

You want to give people the benefit of the doubt. But looking at many other reviews. It seems like they just do this sometimes and don't appear to care.

Don't do what I did. Seriously think about id you can get what you need from somewhere else. Never experienced this with any company ever. Customer service doesn't exist.

I didn't order parts, delivered whenever, the contract of sale said dispatch within 5 working days, entirely in breach of that now. Absolutely appalling.

Absolutely the worst company I've dealt with. Ordered some lights for my Indian. No shipment information for a week. Contacted customer services via their website 3 times and no response. Called them multiple times. They don't take calls as they are "too busy". Emailed them directly with no response.

I then raised a case with Paypal who have been brilliant. Got a refund with 2 days and then surprise, surprise got an email from them today which is total b/s.

This is the first message that we have received from you.

Your order was due to ship today but I have now cancelled it as requested.

Please excuse my brevity.

We receive many messages daily and have to answer them as quickly as possible in order to get through them all.

I ordered and paid 6.99 postage with a message saying delivery within 7 days
Nothing arrived so I checked on website to find shop closed until 28 th of the month ( another 10 days)
I would have ordered somewhere else had I known.
Wrong to take postage and state one thing then do something else.
