Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service from Hogies Online. I recently purchased some cologne for a gift which was dispatched really quickly. Unfortunately Royal Mail for some reason or another delayed the delivery by a few days which resulted in me missing giving the item as a gift. I emailed Hogies Online and they arrange a return and near enough as soon as the item was returned a refund was issued. I will definitely use this company again in the future and thanks again for sorting my issue so quickly and professionally.

Our experience with Hogies has been excellent. We ordered several skincare and cosmetic items and everything was in perfect condition and exactly what we wanted. The prices were extremely competitive. We chose one particular "blemished packaging" item at a greatly reduced price and the item inside was in perfect condition with its seal intact. Prior to placing the online order, Hogies customer service team responded promptly to our queries in a very friendly, helpful manner. Adding to our great experience with Hogies was that the delivery arrived in Australia in less than a week via Royal Mail.
We have been delighted with our experience with Hogies and will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

I had bought a pair of sunglasses and…
I had bought a pair of sunglasses and they were not advertised as ex display or without a cleaning cloth or case. NULA the customer representative said they have none in stock and then said she would check with dispatch team as to why they were sent. She returned my call and refused a solution which was to send out a case and cloth and the set was incomplete. I asked for her managers name Louise Hills. Nula was unhelpful asked me to send them back when i explained under consumer right's i am entitled to a further partial refund she would not help! I will be writing to Tom ford not to sell to this supplier as they sell incomplete items and i think you should think twice as there customer service is poor. Nula should be sacked

We do accept that the listing could have been clearer regarding the accessories included with the sunglasses. While the photographs did not show a case or cleaning cloth, this could have been made clearer in the written description.

If something's too good to be true …it probably is!
UPDATE:
HOGIES has replied to this comment, saying that the products were in clearance section, and the expiry was stated on the listing! this is FALSE!
they've only updated the listing with the expiry info which I gave them last week
Do they really think I'd purchase FACIAL SKINCARE that said it was THREE YEARS OUT OF DATE?!
If something's too good to be true.......it probably is!
I ordered 3 Clinique products, 2 @ 70% off RRP and the other was 50% off RRP
ALL were well past Expiration
The 2 Skincare items were made in 2020 & expired in 2023, I tested one and it just felt like water on my skin
The makeup item was ALSO a year out of date, made in 2022 & expired a year ago, and moreover the foundation compact inside the box was a completely different shade to what was stated on the box!
Had to return all items for a refund
Total waste of my time, both collecting & returning to my local Post Office
Wish I'd read all the reviews online prior to ordering, as it sounds like most of Hogies stock is out of date!

No Reply! plus Update
I was unable to find how to redeem my reward points and wasted quite some time searching how to do so. Two subsequent emails asking for instructions have been ignored. This is a shame as I have previously been pleased with products and service but am now unlikely to shop here again. It's disappointing when a reward / discount is offered but seemingly can't be utilised. Luckily, there are other competitive sites where the procedure is straightforward.
Update 29/05/26: I have received a reply today. It seems that I get £5 off my next order over £30...but only after my total orders have exceeded £250! Despite this somewhat disappointing news, I have increased star rating from 3 to four to acknowledge the eventual reply.

This was my first ever order from Hogies. I ordered Loccitane immortelle face cream and was delighted to pay £21.00 less than I paid last time I purchased the same item from Loccitane. The Loccitane box it comes in was a little dented and that was the only difference. I loved the fast and friendly service and recieved my order in 3 days. Brilliant. Loved the chocolates, very nice touch.
