Your order was placed on January 6th and delivered on March 26th — a delay we fully acknowledge and kept you informed about throughout. The delay was caused by unforeseen shipping disruptions due to severe storms, which were unfortunately out of our control. We offered you a full refund at the time, but you confirmed you'd prefer to wait for the item to arrive, which we respected.

While we understand your frustration, we do want to highlight that we made every effort to communicate openly and promptly during this time. This delay is not representative of our usual service standards, which are consistently praised for being fast and reliable.

We’re disappointed this has led to a decision not to shop with us again, but we appreciate your order and the patience you showed at the time.
