We’re really sorry to hear that your plants arrived in poor condition after such a long time in transit. That’s understandably frustrating—especially in hot weather, when plants are particularly vulnerable.

We agree that better attention to detail was needed here. From the delay in shipping to the issue with the tracking code, this experience did not meet the standard we aim to uphold. We're actively reviewing what went wrong, especially with the courier, to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

You're absolutely right that your delivery took longer than it should have, and we sincerely apologise for that delay. While most of our orders do arrive within the stated timeframe, in this case, things didn’t go as planned, and we take full responsibility for that.

Just to clarify, we are a proudly Irish-owned company, and our warehouse is located in County Laois. While some of our items ship directly from our suppliers in Europe (like Spain in your case), we work hard to ensure these still arrive quickly — though clearly, we missed the mark here.
