HMC Property Group LTD Anmeldelser

Made the process of purchasing a long distance property easy & stress free. Would highly recommend!

Top work, would recommend

Prior to working with the guys at HMC Property Group I had 2 free strategy calls with them to be sure our values aligned which they completely superseded, I knew instantly I wanted to work with them.
Their service truly is completely hands off, and what I liked most about working with James & Jamie other than their above and beyond customer service is that their own fee’s are the last thing to be discussed and they’re solely focused on customer service above all.
I never thought I’d be able to invest in property over 200 miles from home with such ease and confidence, all of which is down to James & Jamie.
Would 100% recommend these guys & I’ll be using them for my next investment for sure!

I had been looking to invest in a BTL property in the north of England for a few months when I came across HMC and decided to use their hands off investment service.
I invested with HMC through a limited company which was a hand off experience throughout. James and Jamie were very professional throughout and the property is due to be tenanted within 2 weeks of completion.
I would recommend this service to anyone looking to invest in a BTL property and will certainly be using HMC for my next one.
Thanks for the support guys!

I had been wanting to get into property for around 6 months prior and I follow a host of people of Instagram. I came across James profile due to the algorithms and something resonated with me when I saw his profile and the area he operated in.

I made the plunge and jumped on board and the process has been seamless.

James and Jamie are such a great team as they are always on hand to offer advice and what needs to be done next.

I have purchased a house, gone through all the legals, gone through the renovation all from 150 miles away from where I live.

This wouldn't have been possible without the lads 👍

The biggest compliment I can pay them is that I will definitely be using their services again.

We recently worked with James & Jamie for a property investment project, and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From start to finish, they handled everything seamlessly, ensuring the entire process was stress-free and efficient.

From the outset they identified an excellent property that met our exact requirements. Their market knowledge and expertise were evident as they negotiated a fantastic purchase price, securing us a great deal that we wouldn’t have been able to achieve on our own.

Their project management throughout the build was nothing short of exceptional. They coordinated all aspects of the renovation, from sourcing reliable contractors to ensuring every stage was completed on time and within budget. We were regularly updated on progress, and they were always available to answer any questions, providing complete peace of mind.

Thanks to James & Jamie our investment property was delivered on time, to a high standard, and with zero hassle. If you’re looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and reliable team to manage your property investment, we highly recommend HMC Property Group. They truly go above and beyond!

First time using HMC Property Group and the process was great from start to finish.

James & Jamie were very proactive throughout the whole process and we received regular updates so we always knew exactly where we were at. They stepped in and helped out when we had a minor set back with the gas certification and resolved the issue very quickly which was much appreciated. We had tenants move in within 2 weeks of completion which was an amazing turn around time.

We would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend HMC to anyone thinking of doing a BTL in the North East.

James and Jamie held our hands through the BTL process from start to finish as we acquired our first property in the North East. Really strong communication and organisation made the process simple. They have made the process as hands off as possible which is exactly what we needed.

Overall a great experience and we would not hesitate to work with them again!

Great support throughout the purchase, James & Jamie made sure that everything went smoothly. They offered support and advice whenever needed, quick to respond and professional service. They also ensured that we had viewings lined up as soon as we’d got the keys and all 4 flats are due to be filled within a couple of weeks of completion. Highly recommend and we’re looking forward to the next project with them.

Buying your first property from thousands of miles away in a different country can be a daunting and stressful process but James and Jamie made the whole process a breeze. From sourcing to completion in less than 2months is rare but this was my experience.
Can’t recommend them enough. Trustworthy, hardworking and just straight nice guys working hard on your behave.
I can now say I am a homeowner thanks to James and Jamie.

Would highly recommend, constant contact throughout the process until completion which was smooth and stress free, 5 stars all day long!

We found Jamie and James on social media, after a detailed discussion with HMC Property group we choose to purchase our first buy to let. Jamie worked with us, taking responsibility and chasing all aspects of the purchase.

All communications were promptly delt with.

We would highly recommend talking to HMC Property before you begin your property journey and see the value that they can bring to your purchase and help support you on your journey

The lads helped me with my first buy to let. They found me a great deal. The numbers really worked. Would recommend 👍🏼

Been working with the boys for a few months now and I’ve been really impressed with their service. They offer a hands off experience which is helping us to scale our portfolio quicker. They are reliable and efficient and we look forward to working with them on future purchases.

Great first experience doing business with these guys to help add to my portfolio.
Delivered on everything they said they would and was very efficient in all aspects.

Will definitely be using again in the near future.

Thanks guys 👍

HMC have been very supportive in helping me purchase my first property. Continuously helping me throughout the process with conveyancing and now contractors as the property needs some works to be carried out. Big recommendation from me. Will be purchasing through them again.

Haven't got a bad word to say about James and Jamie and the service I received. This was my first property so I was completely new to it all but from start to finish they made the process so smooth and easy and were always on the other end of the phone if I ever needed them. Found me the perfect property for what I was looking for and will definitely use them again for future properties I look to buy. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent experience from the team- efficient, great communication and they stick to their word. Looking forward to doing more business with them soon.

Top guys to deal with. Repsonseive, professional and knowledgeable.

James and Jamie have been super proactive and hands on from the very beginning of the process.

They currently have sourced and project managed 2 properties for us, which are coming to a close shortly. The project management in particular has been very smooth and efficient. The turnaround time in the refurbishments has been very impressive and we are very pleased.

Communication throughout has always been clear and they are always very responsive when you need them. They have made the process as hands off as possible which is exactly what we needed.

They have helped us speed up the process of buying and renting the properties by providing us with trusted contacts.

Overall a great experience and we would not hesitate to work with them again!
