can’t thank the team at HMC property enough I would 100% recommend them by far the best property company. I have dealt with very knowledgeable and they are always on the ball

Well what more can I say I’ve used the services of James and Jamie a couple of times now and they’ve been consistently brilliant each time. They are brilliant at what they do and top professionals, thanks guys for making the process so easy once again and assisting with absolutely everything from start to finish.

James and Jamie were fantastic agents when sourcing our property. It was our first venture into the Darlington area outside our London portfolio, and they kept us at ease every step of the way. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to them. Truly top lads — we couldn’t recommend them enough!

HMC Property, run by James and Jamie, has been amazing to work with from start to finish. They helped us source our property and handled the entire refurbishment smoothly and professionally. Their communication was consistent, they kept us updated throughout every stage, and they genuinely cared about getting the best results for us. We couldn’t be happier with the final outcome and service. Highly recommend HMC Property for anyone looking for reliable sourcing and refurb management!

I've just competed on my 1st property and a huge thanks to James, Jamie & the team. They were always really helpful, giving weekly updates on progress and giving advice on any questions I had. They also have recommendations on solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, you name it. I highly recommend anyone looking to invest in the North-East to give these guys a shout. Great experience and I'll be back for my next one 100%

I can 100% recommend James and Jamie at HMC, they sourced my very first investment property completely hassle-free and guided me through every step of the process with total professionalism. They respond 24/7 in the WhatsApp support group they make for the sale no matter the time of day, they’re always available to answer questions and provide proactive updates without having to ask myself.

Highly recommend James and Jamie! Fantastic team!
We had an amazing experience with HMC Property Group for our first property investment. James and Jamie were fantastic! Always quick to respond, proactive in keeping everything on track, and incredibly organised. The whole process ran so smoothly and we learnt a lot from them along the way. A genuinely great experience and we can’t wait to work with them again!

This was my first ever property purchase. I'm completely new to this. All I can say is James and Jamie have been super helpful with me throughout the process. They are hands on and ready to do whatever needs to be done. The communication has been faultless. I will definitely be working with them long term after this experience.

I have just completed my first investment purchase with HMC and we got tenants within a week. James and Jamie were there for all my questions from the very beginning, they took time to explain things to me as a complete novice. They made sure things went smoothly chasing the various parties. A few things came up after completion, but they kept me up to date and dealt with them quickly. A great first experience and we have another with them at the refurb stage. I would 100% recommend these guys!

From doing it all yourself to a complete hand-offs approach in the first instance was sceptical but HMC Property Group have absolutely nailed the process. Every step of the way, they provide outstanding communication via creating a simple WhatsApp group and have response times no later than 24 hours to any questions raised. They have built a great network on finding quality off market properties as well as having great connections to third party contacts for mortgages, solicitors, home surveys and even building insurance. From the very start you will always know what you are signing up too and the reviews mirror the fantastic service they provide. With my first property investment we got stuck with the local council searches but HMC continued to do regular check-in's even though this was something out of their control. The additional benefit is that they can take control of any refurbishment of any size to suit the turn-key or BRR strategy. Their social media content is always refreshing to see as I followed them for 6 months prior to signing up and I'm looking to working with them again soon in the future.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? I have now worked with HMC for nearly 2 years and in that time I have doubled my property portfolio and honestly cant fault their service. Looking forward to project 7

I have now invested twice in buy to let's in Darlington using HMC help. Jamie and James have been brilliant in responding the queries, pushing solicitors to complete paperwork. It has been completely hands off for me with them as they know the area and market so well. They provided me with estimated numbers and returns right at the start and so far it has been spot on. I would without doubt use their help again if I invest in and around darlington. The best part is they also manage refurb and help with letting of the property which makes it easy and hassle free.

I can fully recommend HMC Property Group, they have given me exceptional service end to end. As a first-time property investor in the Darlington area, the process felt daunting as I am fully remote, but they made it incredibly smooth and transparent from start to finish.
Within just a days, they presented a fantastic off-market buy-to-let opportunity that perfectly matched my criteria. Their due diligence was thorough, providing a clear breakdown of potential rental yields, refurbishment costs, and all legal requirements. The communication was excellent throughout, with James providing regular updates chasing through every step and promptly answering all my questions.

Very professional service.
James and the team took us through the whole purchase and rental process seamlessly.
Highly recommend!!

I’ve now bought 2 properties via HMC Property group and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start up their property portfolio. I bought my first rental property through HMC property group with Jamie and James and they both have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
Their knowledge and resources throughout the buying process and beyond have been super helpful, reassuring and a major life saver.
I purchased the property while still working abroad and they’ve both been very accommodating with the different time zones and after hour responses.

I couldn’t recommend James and Jaime enough and I look forward to continuing working with them in the future.
