The quality of the manufactured parts is outstanding, turnaround times are excellent, and communication, particularly from Katrina, has been exceptional. HLH Rapid were able to deliver custom-made carbon fiber parts for prototype validation for a reasonable cost compared to other alternatives. I'm very happy with the final part quality, and the communication to resolve quality issues during the manufacturing process was very good.

The parts arrived later than initially quoted due to the above quality issues, but this is acceptable for the cost.

I would consider them again for similar composites prototyping in the future.
