I did a small run of steel plates (laser cutting, threading, powder coating) for a bracket system I'm building, and this was a great first experience with Jiga. The system was mostly intiutive, and the folks there helped me out quite a bit with questions and smoothing the process. The communication with the various bidders on the project was good, and I appreciate the fact that I could talk with them directly. The final product from the chosen vendor was better than I was expecting, and I'll be going back for my next production run. Far, far easier than dealing with a bunch of potential black-box vendors whose communications are poor and history is a mystery - this was a great first experience.
