Ordered a few parts for my Elica extractor, arrived quickly and well packaged. Would happily order from them again.

What a change to actually deal with a company that cares! Hannah my special thanks to you for giving me first class service and support in processing my order and all the little oops along the way ( mostly mine I'm afraid) note to self: buy a better tape. I found the website excellent - easy to follow and complete an order. The promised delivery date was met and the doors arrived in good condition and were exactly as described and ordered. The quality of the doors were better than expected and the instructions on preping them for painting were spot on.

On my second order one door suffered slight damage in transit and it was replaced without quibble, again on the promised delivery date. Excellent customer service.

Door and drawer front arrived today and both exactly what I had ordered. They were well priced without a huge delivery fee that some companies were quoting.
I was kept up to date via email and they were delivered by a friendly driver. Would recommend and use again.

If I could leave no stars I would. Do not recommend ordering from this company. Was told delivery would be 2-3 days, still waiting over a week later and when queried with customer services, they blamed courier company and haven't tried to help us at all or even refund the delivery charge. They are now ignoring emails.

Excellent customer service, I can’t praise them enough. I had a problem which wasn’t caused by them but they went above and beyond to sort the problem for me.

Hannah provided amazing customer service. I was really stuck for a small part that was potentially going to br holding up my whole build and Hannah saved the day by helping me place an order for the last piece and checking stock for me etc so quickly.

I found the hinge I needed and at a competitive price. The order was received within the timescale quoted and all worked out fine. Website has been earmarked for future orders.

I was initially disappointed with my purchase due to a misunderstanding of what was on the web site. However, after contacting the company it soon became apparent that they place a high importance on customer satisfaction and my issue was resoved to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again. Truly exceptional customer service.

Great service and support from HKUK.
In a short space of time the hinges on two of our kitchen cupboards needed replacing. As the installers were no longer in business I had to source these myself.
Having identified HKUK as suppliers I needed their advice on which of the range I needed to order. Not only did they quickly point me in the right direction they also advised me what to order and volunteered that I did not need to order hinge plates which I could easily have done otherwise.
They went the extra mile by sending one out late in the day on a Thursday so that I got it before the weekend and they did this entirely on their own initiative.
Further, not being very much of a "DIYer" I also received some incredibly patient help from one of the team (Scott?) with how to install one of the hinges.
All in all an exceptional example of customer service all too often missing these days.

I bought handles for my new kitchen and have an incredible customer service from them.

Great experience from order to delivery; I was advised of the expected delivery date by email and my queries were responded to promptly and courteously. The delivery arrived as promised and was well packaged. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the cornice I had ordered drank basecoat paint as if basecoat was going out of fashion, and I lost count of the number of coats of basecoat and topcoat I had to apply to achieve proper coverage. Still, all good in the end.

When I came across HKUK’s website I was interested in buying their products as their prices are competitive. I will go back to the company again next time as the order arrived the next day and in recyclable packaging.

A relatively straightforward order, but the only place I could get the hinges I needed and be certain they were the right ones.
Price was fair and delivered when expected.

A good range of styles and colours, an easy to use website, reasonable pricing and speedy manufacture and delivery - what's to fault?!

Ease of use of the website, Acknowledgment of order, communication and delivery of my item was first class.
The item received was of good quality. I went with this because they offered a wide range of sizes.

However, there was a problem with the size supplied, it was 10mm too long. Width was correct. I checked my initial order thinking I must have measured incorrectly but no, I ordered 700mm x 310mm and the supplied door was 710mm x 310mm,
Other than this, which I’m sure was a genuine mistake, I would use this company again.
