Had to buy a stainless steel wall vent for an Alicia downdraught hob unit, ordered Monday evening and received Wednesday morning and kept fully informed throughout. Excellent service, would definitely use again 👍.

Had to buy some new hinges and it was really confusing, tried the live chat and was through to a really helpful and knowledge person and was soon on my way with three hinges, paid for PayPal and was much cheaper than I expected.

Tried several Companies trying find replacement kitchen cupboard door. HKUK had good range of sample colours. Communication good between myself & their office. Found & ordered exact match. Arrived safely & well packed. Thanks again HkUK.

I was faced with trying to match new doors with an existing 10 year old Howdens Saponetta kitchen in cream. HKUK provided several colour and finish samples and ultimately provided doors that are indistinguishable from the existing ones in colour and design. The delivery was prompt, cost very reasonable and staff so helpful. It wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

What an amazing company. After receiving the order I had a call to confirm whether I needed plates with the hinges. As it happened I didn’t.
What company bothers with that kind of detail?
Then regular e Mail updates.

Had difficulty finding a piece of cornice to match a 12 year old kitchen until I happened upon Hamiltons on the internet. Phoned with enquiry….sent a photo to confirm it was the right piece……had confirmation within 15 minutes. All ordered online and delivered when promised. Thanks to a very helpful lady, Hannah.

we needed a cupboard door to match what we already had (MFI approx 28 years old) and HKUK came up trumps. They were great to deal with, the price was really good and the quality outstanding.

Good prices and even better service. One part was missing from my parcel, yes it caused a little inconvenience, but mistakes happen its how it was corrected that meant more. Excellent web site, great range of products - easy to traverse and find products!
Once I had selected and ordered (which again was very simple) I received consistent updates from HKUK on the state of order from confirmation - ergo have we got it right to its picked, packed and despatched and then from the courier once it had passed to them!
My order arrived bang in the middle of the time-slot I was given so in all 48hrs from placement of order and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg!
