HJC Estate Agents Anmeldelser

My wife and I have recently bought a flat via HJC Thames Ditton and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The level of individual attention we received was second to none and the service really was excellent in general, we have zero complaints. We dealt solely with our agent Atri from our initial viewing all the way to through to completion and I can honestly say that she is a credit to her company and the profession as a whole, a lovely lovely woman.

I bought my flat back in 2012 and HjC was the estate agent who was marketing the propriety. After when I decided to let it, I asked them to manage on my behalf and they did. Overall I am always being happy about their service, rate and quality of work. This week I completed the sale of it under a very uncertain circumstances due to the covid-19. Atri Noroozpour dealt with it since the beginning and helped me for the entire process . I can strongly recommend HJC

The service, support and help provided by the entire team at HJC was exemplary. They sold our house and dealt with a range of challenges to ensure the deal went through. We even secured our new home through them. We could not have asked for a more dedicated and personal service. We especially want to commend Atri for her tremendous efforts to ensure we could sell our house and get the new home we were seeking.

I have recently sold a property in Surbiton where HJC were the agents for the sale. Suzanne Morgan is very experienced and very professional. I was kept informed throughout the process, and Suzanne helped to communicate with all parties within the chain to ensure a smooth process. It's never easy and there were challenges, however, she stayed on top of it and ensured the transaction kept moving forward and that all parties were informed and happy. Her positive and upbeat approach is a great skill and very much appreciated by myself and I suspect others within the chain.

I would happily recommend HJC as a responsible, professional and effective agent.

We would highly recommend Jay and the team at HJC in Thames Ditton. Outstanding professional service, exceptional experience in the local property market. And, they are all very nice people!

We are buyers who contacted HJC in Spring 2019 to view a property in Thames Ditton. From the first meeting with Artri of HJC it was clear that we were dealing with someone who cared about her role. She was always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable but if she did not know the answer to a question she made sure that an answer was found without delay. The purchase was protracted but Artri remained committed to keeping us informed at every stage. Throughout the buying process we also worked with Melanie, a colleague of Artri who also showed true professionalism. If we were asked to recommend HJC Thames Ditton we would have no hesitation in doing so.

We found Tuesday at HJC exceptional when looking for a house in Thames Ditton. She went over and above to help us and keep in contact (even on her holiday). Her attitude and approach were refreshing in what was a difficult time to find a property. She knew the area very well and made you feel like someone was willing to help you find your new home

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to HJC Thames Ditton for making our selling and buying process so smooth. We dealt directly with Atri throughout who is just amazing, she filled us with confidence and trust and went above and beyond to ensure everything went well, sticking to dates and dealing with our solicitors! Even after moving in we endeavour to keep in contact and will
not hesitate to use HJC again in the future! Love J&C

We purchased a house through HJC.
They were absolutely amazing form start to finish.
The lady, Tuesday, that showed us around the house was knowledgeable about the house and the area.
Atri, the lady we worked with when we placed the offer and through the process was fantastic, she would keep us up-to-date with the progress and answer any questions we had.
We would highly recommend them!

Fabulous knowledge of the local Thames Ditton market. Great service and top drawer communication throughout. Highly recommended. Thanks HJC!

An excellent service provided. The HJC team were extremely helpful and hard working when I was selling my home. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was extremely personable and friendly, not least Tuesday Manthorpe who was very supportive throughout the sale process.

We bought our family home through HJC in Thames Ditton. We dealt with Tuesday and Emma and they could not have been more supportive, professional and did everything they could to help. They are decent people and deal with you in a straightforward manner that puts you at ease. It was a pleasure to deal with them from start to finish, unlike other estate agents that I have dealt with in the past.

HJC offered a calm, mature and constructive service with a determination to secure the sale and overcome any obstacles along the way.

Emma, Tuesday, Mel and Atri were all very friendly, efficient and kept us up to date at every stage.

Atri in particular earned top marks for her determination and honest openness in working to secure our sale.

They were very supportive, proactive, and a very professional company to deal with. We really felt they were doing everything in their power to solve any difficulty.

I would highly recommend the team at HJC if you were looking to sell your house

We found HJC as they covered an area we really wanted to live in.

We were told it as it is, i.e. we agreed with their thoughts and they didn't make any outlandish statements during the whole process. In our experience, we haven't always trusted some other agents we have dealt with, but that cannot be applied to HJC, they were great and always acted with complete integrity.

Atri managed to source 2 properties for us before they were shared with the market or any other agent, we managed to conclude a purchase on our favoured property very swiftly.

Atri was excellent in managing the process and ensuring we worked to our deadline and really brought everything together within the property chain.

Would highly recommend Atri and HJC!

HJC helped us secure our dream property by selling our home for us.
Through a challenging period in the market, Emma, Tuesday and Artri worked their socks off (supported by Melanie) to get us the offer we needed and went above and beyond on managing our chain to ensure exchange happened on time.
Could ask for more. Thanks HJC.

We've had reason to engage with four agents in Thames Ditton since we moved here and can confidently say that HJC are absolutely miles ahead of the competition. Emma and the team take professionalism to the next level, and ensure that you're dealing in reality at every step of the way (which isn't as common as you might expect). Friendly, efficient, and effective, if you really want to move your property, there's really only one team you should call.

I cannot recommend HJC enough. I have recently purchased a property in Surbiton where HJC were the agents for the sale. Suzanne and the team were brilliant. I was kept informed throughout the process, and Suzanne in particular helped smooth out the hiccups and challenges we encountered, keeping the transaction moving. Her positive and upbeat approach was really appreciated.

Thank you again HJC!

It was a difficult sale from a distance but Suzanne and the Team sorted it exceptionally well.

Dear Emma,

I just wanted to thank you for your assistance with the sale of my father’s house.

You have handled the sale of an older widow having to move out of a family home of nearly 50 years with great sensitivity and professionalism.
With the added element of working with myself I feel you have still kept Dad informed where relevant but without overburdening him.

It has not been a 'normal' transaction in my view with quite a few hurdles along the way - not least a pretty slow Solicitor on our side.
Your experience and expertise has been invaluable to myself to try and get this over the line and keep the buyer placated.

Many thanks,
John

I would highly recommend Suzanne and the team at HJC. Suzanne recently handled the sale and purchase of my property. She quickly understood the nuance I was looking for in a new home and didn't waste time finding the right one! She is extremely professional and patient as well as being human and understanding when guiding you through what can be a stressful time. The team also offered a seamless and responsive service. I would definitely contact Suzanne again should I ever be thinking of moving again.
