HJC was recommended to us by a friend who had recently sold a property in the area, and I’m so grateful we took her advice. From the very beginning, the whole team made the process of selling our home feel incredibly well managed and we always felt we were in safe hands.
A special mention has to go to Jordan, who was exceptional in every respect. Friendly, attentive, responsive, flexible, considerate and understanding – perhaps not all words you’d traditionally associate with an estate agent! – he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He kept us informed throughout, was always available when we needed him and approached every stage of the sale with professionalism, patience and good humour.
Suzanne and Nicky were equally attentive and well informed, so whoever we spoke to knew exactly what was happening with our sale. It felt like a genuinely joined-up team effort from start to finish.

Our first purchase process became very protracted, and unfortunately the sale fell through. Suzanne revisited a previous interested party and was able to secure a new sale for us. Suzanne and the team kept us fully informed and were constantly chasing both sets of solicitors to secure completion by the date the new buyer was hoping for. We found the team very approachable and efficient and would have no hesitation in using their services again. We were very pleased.
