If there was less than 1 star I would leave that.
After usually having good but not excellent help I am absolutely shocked that for the 2nd time I find myself having to use 111 to get emergency medication. Its either not in stock or Im told it hasn't been ordered even though I did order it. If it was a medication I could leave for a few days it wouldn't be so bad but I am dependant on it for trying to live a near as possible normal lifestyle.
Also I was nonchalantly told on a Saturday after receiving a text letting me know my meds were in that I'd have to go back to the GP. This left me from Saturday night onwards without a medication that I thought would be delivered on the Friday. I only ever use Trustpilot to leave good reviews but I wouldn't want anybody going through the same experience so be careful and find somewhere else more reliable.

I ordered my medication over a week ago from this pharmacy and I was told it would be sent out on Tuesday as it’s bank holiday Monday I messaged Friday as it still hadn’t arrived after Tuesday and was told it’s just been sent out today and would arrive Saturday they've had the prescription for over a week I picked this chemist as it was advertising as fast delivery if you are waiting for medication to arrive within a week don’t bother using this chemist it is appalling customer service not even an apology

Can’t recommend this pharmacy enough. The team are genuinely helpful, professional, and always make things easy, whether it’s prescriptions or advice. You feel looked after, not treated like a number. Exactly what a local pharmacy should be.

Hive pharmacy team is amazing, helped me locate a medicine I couldn’t find anywhere! They were extremely prompt and delivered to my house by the next day.

I recently had a great experience at Hive Pharmacy. I went in to pick up a prescription and was genuinely impressed by how friendly and helpful Kartik was. The pharmacist took the time to explain the medication, including how to take it and possible side effects, which I really appreciated.

The store was clean, well organised, and fully stocked not just with meds, but also with some everyday essentials I didn’t realise I needed. I ended up picking up a few things without having to make a separate trip elsewhere.

They also had a super convenient text notification system to let me know when my prescription was ready, no waiting around or guessing. Overall, it felt like they truly cared about their customers. Highly recommend!

The girls at HIVE pharmacy are always very friendly and helpful! Never had an issue with my prescriptions and they are always willing to provide advice when needed. They are very quick and efficient!

This pharmacy has been a god send. They have always been able to get my medication when everyone else has said it was impossible. On top of all that they deliver promptly and are always friendly.

Absolutely disgraceful pharmacy!! My daughter was given 4 months out of date antibiotics after throwing up continuously, I went down with the bottle to hand and explained my daughter was been being sick and what should i do (this was before I realised it was out of date) the lady pharmacist looked at the bottle then give it back to me and told me to carry on giving it, it might just need time to get into her system so i did. The next day my daughter was again being sick so i looked at the bottle thoroughly as i had a gut instinct something wasn’t right to see that it was 4 months out of date! I would never recommend anyone to use this pharmacy and if you do please look at your products thoroughly because if that’s happens to someone else it could be very serious!

Terrible customer service my repeat prescription is never ready despite ordering well in advance.Pharmacy really gone downhill in last few years since Sachin left. I certainly won't be using them again
