Exelent Service

I actually had a little trouble getting my order to process through the web site, however, when I called the costumer service person was very polite and professional. She got my order processed and out to me in good order. Very prompt delivery. I'm quite happy.

Pretty sweet

This coat is cool . the only thing I hate is the flimsey plastic buttons... Could have used anything else... I will have to replace them all... Otherwise, its a great coat

Very pleased with Cap't Benjamin Vest.

I ordered the Captain Benjamin Vest. Order was shipped quickly, very well packaged. Vest was very well made, very nice quality, not the thin fabric I was expecting but a fairly heavy velvet-like material. Fit's well and exactly what my husband was looking for to finish off his Halloween costume. The only thing that surprised me was I had to sign for the delivery when it arrived. Luckily we were home when it came.

Renaissance Fair

I am very pleased with my order, in fact I love my Fair Maiden dress & celtic chemise. It way absolutely perfect for the Renaissance Fair we attended this past weekend. Beautifully made and very good quality fabric. I will definitely order again next time from you. In fact I was asked where I got my outfit, and I told them about you. Thank you very much for your wonderful service also.

Museum Quality Reproductions! Gorgeous fabrics!

When I first ordered from you I didn't realize that your products were museum quality reproductions. I am very impressed with your fabrics, the quality of seamstress's and overall presentation of your products. I wish you offered more photos, incl those of the back and sides of the product. Shipping was fast. I will order from you again and soon. (I order woman's clothing and accessories)

From start to finish!

Everything was clear and simple, the price was reasonable, I received a confirmation e-mail instantly, the delivery was fast and there wasn't any problem at any point.

The service was first class, I couldn't ask for more, I won't have any problem recommending Historical Clothing Realm to anybody.

Great service, limited stock

Good quality products. Great service with orders and returns. But the website has a lot of out of stock items you cannot purchase. They should change the process to allow for buying out of stock items that will ship automatically when able. Otherwise you have to keep checking back.

Fast friendly customer service

I placed my order at Historical Clothing Realm on a Sunday evening. The comments on one of the items was available in a color that wasn't in the dropdown. Of course that is the color that I wanted so I asked on the order form if that color was available I would prefer it. The customer service representative promptly sent me an email giving me the lowdown on the item I wanted. With my order completed it was received at my home in three packages within about 3 days. Outstanding customer service and turn around times.

Happy with this Seller!

Was very happy with the service from this organization, they communicate well and the service was timely. Unfortunately one of the items I ordered wasn't quite what I had anticipated and thus was returned. This really shouldn't reflect on the vendor however, they are simply offering whats available to them .
