The service was fantastic!! The only problem I had is that the bust section of the dress does not fit properly. According to the size chart, the size was right on but when I tried it on, it flattened and misshape my breasts. Fit great in hips and waist (very comfortable in fact) but Needs more room for upper region.

I ordered a pair of ren fest pants, and was happy they had the size I needed. Everything arrived as promised.

This was considerably cheaper than similar Roman armor, so I guess I have to figure that in. It looks pretty good, but came all greasy (OK, that's to prevent rust during storage, but it was an unexpected annoyance), The breastplate doesn't sit well, i.e. the plates don't quite overlap the way they are supposed to. The helmet is unpadded--easy to deal with, I superglued some sponges inside--but has no strap and tends to wobble around on the head. I almost lost the pin to the hinge on one of the cheekguards. Having said all that, I probably would have had to pay at least double what I paid to get better quality, which I was not willing to do. So actually, I am relatively happy with what I got for the price.

I received a medieval sword that was above my expectations and a wood shield that was true to size and looks. I am very happy with my purchase.

I was very impressed with the service. I placed my order, made payment and received my confirmation in a very short time. I receive my order exactly when they said I would. Everything I order was a perfect fit. The overall experience was excellent and I'm not easily impressed.

I purchased the night set for my wife and I must say it looks great. The only thing lacking was a sizing chart to insure proper fit. Good workmanship and design.

have tried to get a return slip e-mailed to me for the past six days after talking to two of your agents but it hasn't showed yet. I only have 15 days to get the item mailed and I'm worried.

We bought these to add to spittoons we already had for cupping coffee. I guess we are going to just have a few different kinds for our guests to choose which kind they prefer to use. Most people prefer cupping spittoons with handles but those don't have the lip that reduce splash back. These brass ones are good and can be held two different ways, around the neck for bigger hands or around the body holding the bottom and the top of the neck ridge for smaller hands. Everyone enjoyed the no splash back. Plus they look pretty neat.

I ordered a 48" chest size and being a 45" chest, I expected a little bit of room. It just barely fits. If it didn't fit at all I would've returned it. Given the cost of it, I am pleased but would suggest spending the extra money. In this case you truly do get what you pay for.

The items were way better than I expected. They are very good quality. Authentic. I was actually more excited with each item I opened to look at. I had to put them on immediately. They are that good.

Ordered a monk's robe for my husband to use as his new character for when we do Renn Faires. The robe, while a bit big, was delivered very quickly and is of good quality. I'm sure he will have years of use out of it.

I had good results. If i was you, i would make sure to put correct documents telling this is a girl or boy, you sent a girl's flyer, so i didn't take every thing out of box, looked at the flyer, that showed a girl on it...So I thought it was a girl...It was my husband that took out the head and the lower part of the Mann... So it took a few days before we finally took it
out of the box to make sure it was male...Next time be sure to show it was the right set...Thank You for your replies.

The shipping cost more than the product. I don't know why they didn't use the Postal Service to ship which would have been much cheaper. Shipping took longer than promised. Also, since the product (a pouch) was supposed to be "period" I discovered it had a plastic clasp.
