Exceptional Care and Professionalism

I recently had the pleasure of receiving treatment at Hisar Hospital, and I must say the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The doctors are highly skilled professionals who took the time to explain every step of my treatment in detail, making me feel at ease throughout the process.

The hospital itself is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which really reassured me that I was in safe hands. The level of care I received was nothing short of exceptional, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Hisar Hospital to anyone looking for top-notch medical care!

The whole process was swift and easy

The whole process was swift and easy. The paper work is now online which makes the medical experience time efficient as well.

Special thanks to Mr. Lokman who arranged the medical appointment for me and made sure the whole process goes smoothly for me.

My hardship with Hisar hospital scammers.


I am US citizen, a tourist, here in Turkey seeking medical treatments for my back, and this is the hardship your crew members made me go through lately.
1/ Before Ramadan 2024, I submitted my Lumbar MRI's and XRAY's to a Hisar rep named Kevin so he can share them with Hisar's doctors and prescribe a treatment according to my condition.
2/ After few days, Kevin emailed me a document where it states that the service was going to be a PRP treatment for my lower back offered by a doctor named Dr. Selman DOĞAN, MD.
3/ When I got there, the doctor named above said he has never received, or taken a look at, my MRI's or XRAY's and he does not anyway specialize in lower back treatments.
4/ After that, the staff/translator (Loida) found another doctor to meet me who did not have any idea about me or my exams images. After a long waiting, they had to go search for my images I do not where, then they found them on a tiny cell phone, they show them to the second doctor who said that PRP would NOT be appropriate for my back at all.
I did not receive any treatment.
This whole mess and they still made me pay $103.
My whole afternoon was a waste of time that day, no treatment received, and they made me lose $103. All I asked them for a refund of my $103.
I then communicated via Wassap with with a lady whose name is Betoul (it is the name posted on the Wassap profile number) over 3 months ago, shared with her all the details posted above. She promised me she'd be getting back to me within 48 hours, I've never heard back from her.
I then contacted some rep at Hisar via Wassap, she urged me to address my issue to international at hisar hospital, and emine.kaynak at hisar hospital, which I did immediately, this was over 3 months ago still.
Since then, I have made several attempts during the last 2 months to communicate with Betoul or whoever uses that Wassap account and works at Hisar, I tried to contact Loida who was the translator that day I went to Hisar and other Hisar staff members, and it did not go anywhere, they all ignored me, declined my Wassap calls and multiple texts and messages.
It is being 5 months now and no treply whatsoever form them.
Hisar is not a decent and honest medical entity, BEWARE. It is a place for crooks, scammers and thieves.
10/18/2024. Update upon getting Hisar hospital reply posted:
I have reported to a manager named Betoul, and substantially with facts explained to her via a Wassap phone conversation why I cancelled those 3 initial attempts of going to the hospital and always ahead of time with your hospital crew members, or Kevin himself, there was no last minute cancellation as you've hinted in your reply; obviously, there are many discrepancies and lack of communication within your hospital. All you did in your reply was, trying to sugarcoat your failure with incoherent and fabricated excuses due to the incompetence and lack of incompetence at your hospital. No need for me to repeat what I reported in my initial review, all facts are there. Moreover, for months and months I have tried to establish a basic communication platform writing and calling your hospital, and always been ignored always. This is the first time in months you are addressing my issue.
You made me waste my time and $103, now I am certain you will lose a lot more $ when foreigners seek medical treatments in Turkey and read this review, then blacklist your "medical" entity.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your experience at our hospital. We would like to clarify several points regarding your visit, as some important details were omitted from your comment, which will provide a clearer understanding of what happened before and during your time at the hospital.

Initially, we offered you PRP treatment for your knees based on the complaints you shared with our partner. However, you insisted on coming without paying for the mandatory consultation with the doctor, which was necessary for a proper assessment of your condition. You scheduled an appointment three times, but each time you failed to show up. This caused an inconvenience for our drivers who went to pick you up but were unable to find you at the address provided.

When you finally came to the hospital on the third attempt, you met with Dr. Selman as you mentioned. During the consultation, you mentioned having back pain, and the doctor referred you to an orthopedic specialist who focuses on the spine. You had a consultation with Dr. Yusuf, who took the time to thoroughly review your case, including your lumbar MRI. Based on his findings, he recommended surgery, which you declined.

It is worth noting that Dr. Yusuf provided you with a full and attentive consultation, yet this was not mentioned in your feedback. We are confident that you received the necessary care and attention during your time with us.

Do Not Go To intercontinental Hisar …

Do Not Go To intercontinental Hisar hospital Istanbul for plastic surgery (rhinoplasty) with Dr.Hasan Şahin!He botched my nose so bad that I had to go for revision rhinoplasty in America few months ago.Please Do Not choose Dr.HASAN SAHIN! My surgery was done on February 17 2023

Very bad service post-operation. No results after surgery

In January 2024 I had surgery on the hospital for Dr.Hasan Sahin. Correct operation and treatment. They had to give me a Spanish translator and I didn't arrive before I was in the room, I only did the process in English (my English is not good). Operation good, post operation very bad. I lost the results after a month or 2 months, I wrote, sent a photo and they kept telling me, they don't want to take charge. I don't understand, I didn't claim the money, I just propose to go again and have the fat loss fixed. It was a very simple and safely effective intervention. Lie and proven on my body. I do not recommend at all. Even the intermediary has blocked me from WhatsApp so as not to give explanations...
