i'm not really satisfied with the receptionist, she was lacking of comunication skills but doctor erol erturk was very professional and attentive to the patient's problems and needs and the tralsation was impeccalbe. Usama was super caring and thouthful, we are extra satisfied with the treatment we recevied

Doctor Erkan Yildirim’s expertise brought us to Hisar Hospital. Besides being an expert thoracic surgeon, he also showed humanity of a highest level. He was very kind, considerate and very responsive to the needs of the patient and the family. I want to thank to all nurses who were very attentive and supportive during the recovery process. Thanks to our personal translator Mia, she answered my calls and my texts anytime, showing genuine concern and kindness, and she became a friend during this period. Thank you everyone who we have met at the hospital. And finally my heart goes to Denisa Aksoy. Not just that she showed highest level of professionalism organizing everything from our arrival in Turkey, she acted like we were a family, even though we had never met before. She answered in no time all of our calls, texts, and emails in no time. She continues checking on us even though we are at home now. I don’t have enough words to thank you Denisa for everything that you’ve done for us in this difficult period in our lives. You are the most amazing person 🫶

During our visit to Hisar hospital Intercontinental. We have met with an absolute professionalism, from all staff members, beginning with drivers who were always on time, and behaved with such courtesy. Likewise with all medical teams. Especially thanks to our personal interpreter “ Usmah” who made our journey incredibly easy with his professionalism, dedication and support.

Она была с нами на связи всегда, была очень отзывчива и давала не только поддержку в переводе, а была другом во время пребывания, которая также поддерживала эмоциональна, а это очень важно, когда человек проходит такой опыт опыт в чужой стране.

Usama the Translator was great at communicating what the doctors were saying to me. The process was good and everyone carried out their duties with respect and efficiency. The hospital picked us from the airport and dropped us to our hotel. They then picked us up the next day and dropped us at the hospital for our full body check. The person who picked us up to go to the hospital, took us there far too early so make sure you only get to the hospital 10 minutes before your appointment as we had to wait around which made the process feel longer than it was. All in all, I would recommend. I am just waiting for my full results.

Hi. Clinic was ok. Doctors are ok there. Very good different profile clinic. I have expirienced good time there. Special thanks to my translator USAMA who really is helpfull at all times and very profesional.

Very well equipped hospital environment is clean, staffs are very professional and friendly, on top of that they have translators for those ones who can’t speak Turkish very well, i had a very good experience for my checks, my translator was OSAME, who is very good in English and Arabic, he is very friendly and could manage my all check up very fast.
He takes your folder and then he follow up everything for you so you don’t need to be worry for anything.

He is one of the best that I deal with.
He is a care person, take you from A to Z to do the medical, and helpful.

Приехали в клинику Хисар на лечение онкологии из Казахстана в августе этого года к доктору Геркем Турккан. Встретили в клинике прекрасно, сами забронировали отель , организовали трансфер ежедневно на процедуры в течение почти двух месяцев. Персонал очень доброжелательный! Доктор Гермес Турккан профессионал своего дела! Супер врач и супер человек! Все подробно объяснял в течение лечения, лично контролировал ход лечения! Отдельно хочется от души поблагодарить техника супер оборудования МR Linaс Сержана-прекрасный специалист работа которого требует концентрации внимания и тонкости! Отдельное спасибо девушкам переводчикам Хиджран и Асель-без них конечно нам было бы сложно в общении и понимании тактики и методики лечения. Очень грамотные и знающие свою работу девочки, внимательные к своим пациентам которых сопровождают в течение лечения. Клиника идет в ногу со временем-новейшие оборудования, весь процесс от начала до конца отработан и продуман, профессиональные доктора и персонал! Ни разу не пожалели что обратились именно в эту клинику! Желаем только выздоровевших и благодарных пациентов и процветания этой клинике! Всем рекомендую клинику Хисар! Our doctor is dr.Babaçan from Children's department， he is very nice and patient, especially with his professional skills. And we also have a very very nice translator Mia to help us during the whole experience, I can’t imagine how I would do without her help.

I had an IVF and cesarean (October, 2024) at the Hisar Hospital. While i shared my great experience with IVF earlier, in this post i would like to share my experience about pregnancy follow up and delivery with Ob. Dr. Esra. It was my first delivery, and it went so smooth, above my all expectations. I don't regret a single moment that i decided to stick to Dr. Esra and Hisar hospital despite we had options of travelling to my home country Kazakhstan or my new home in Canada. Dr. Esra, the surgery team, nursery unit were very professional and caring during our stay in hospital. I managed to recover after cesarean very quickly.
In addition, I would like to thank sincerely the administrative staff, particularly translator Ms. Mehri and Ms. Ghinwa.
Mehri is a professional and very caring person, more than just a translator. Thank you Mehri for making ourcommunication with medical staff smooth throughout the whole treatment.

Je suis venue du Belgique, j'ai pu vivre un séjour hospitalier agréable avec l'équipe médicale et infirmière fournissant les prestations sanitaires adéquates. Ainsi j'ai eu de la chance de rencontrer l'une des meilleures traducteurs *NOUHA* . Cette jeune est extrêmement sympa , serviable, attentive et à l'écoute. Elle m'a accompagnée de l'admission jusqu'à la fin de mes soins .C'est grâce à elle que j'ai pu comprendre et exprimer touts les symptômes que je ressent . Et à la fin , elle m'a bien expliqué le protocole thérapeutique que je dois suivre. C'était à la faveur d'elle que je n'ai senti aucun pt de stress. Personnellement je la recommande vivement.

Went to the emergency room due to immense amount of pain and was told that I had to have surgery. The nurses were very kind and tried their best to lessen the amount of pain I felt before surgery.

I stayed 4 nights in total and the doctor as well as the nurses were very attentive. Regardless of what time it was the doctor would always respond to the nurses during the night if I was feeling any discomfort. The food was surprisingly great.

Overall I’d definitely recommend.

Extremely professional, welcoming and warming staff. I'd definitely recommend for any kind of intervention and consultation. I was extremely happy with all the process from the consults, to booking, actual exam and other amenities provided to make this as pleasant as possible. Excelente experiencia. Viaje desde México para hacerme una cirugía de implante coclear. Antes que nada, encontré este hospital gracias a la atención de Bookimed, ellos me atendieron muy bien, consiguieron la mejor opción y se comenzó todo el proceso.
Al principio obviamente estaba algo temeroso de que todo fuera real y correcto y con buenos resultados, es la primera vez que utilizaba este tipo de turismo médico. Busque en muchos países y opciones y encontré el mejor trato a través de Bookimed en el hospital Hisar de Estambul al mejor precio. Ahora ya que paso todo, estoy gratamente sorprendido y agradecido con todos los que me atendieron. Me impresiona lo bien que tienen organizado todo el tema para pacientes internacionales. Desde el tema del transporte, al aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto, hotel-hospital-hotel, en todas las citas que tuve, más de 3 veces en dos semanas. El departamento internacional me asignó uno y en ocasiones dos traductores, todos se portaron muy bien, el Dr Yabuz Selim muy atento y profesional, el hospital excelente, el paquete incluía dos noches de alojamiento en una habitación con dos cuartos, y comidas para paciente y acompañante. Estudios pre operatorios, seguimiento post operatorio, y solamente se pago lo acordado desde un inicio, ni un dólar más tuvimos que pagar. Nunca había tenido esta experiencia en un hospital. Todo el procedimiento fue rápido y sin complicaciones, me revisaron en 3 ocasiones más y sin problema. Me ayudaron a resolver todas mis dudas e inquietudes, siempre con excelente respuesta a través de whatsapp. Sinceramente recomiendo y agradezco a todos los involucrados en el hospital Hisar. Espero nunca tener que regresar, pero si lo requiero, ni siquiera buscaré en otro lugar. Ampliamente recomendado.
