I love working with the Hiro FM software ... easy to use, a good support and always adding new features to help you out to spread to your knowledge and stories into the ears of your ideal customers/listeners. So if you are an entrepreneur, get your message out and tell it with your own voice. Don't underestimate how powerful that is.

I discovered Hiro.fm and haven't looked back. Takes some time to learn the program, but once you master it, it is user-friendly.

Hiro.fm is a 5⭐ Podcast platform for teaching, audiobooks, etc., with the opportunity to sell your hard work. (Private Podcast program with a great leadership from Carla White.)

**This is a follow-up to my previous review. Unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow me to continue the existing conversation properly, so I have to respond here instead.**

Your response is exactly why I left this review.

You say that *"the refund request we have on file arrived several months after purchase."* That is simply not true.

I have already forwarded you the original email showing that my refund request was sent in **December 22nd 2025**, just after my purchase. In fact, I sent it to the very same support address that later claimed I had never requested a refund. Even after receiving that evidence, you continue repeating the same incorrect timeline publicly.

You also refer to "active use" of the platform for two weeks.

Let's be clear: I did **not** use Hiro as a customer making use of the service. I did not create content, upload any content, build anything or benefit from the platform in any meaningful way. Most of the activity you refer to was me logging in repeatedly over the following months simply to use your support chat in an attempt to get someone—anyone—to respond to my case. Ironically, the activity you now rely on as evidence of "use" largely reflects my unsuccessful attempts to obtain customer support.

The real issue is no longer the refund.

The real issue is that I spent around **seven months** chasing your support team for answers. My emails were repeatedly ignored. I only received meaningful responses after making it clear that I intended to publish my experience publicly.

Now, despite already having received my original December email as evidence, you are still publicly stating that my refund request was made months later.

Either your internal records are incomplete, or you have chosen not to review the evidence I already sent. Neither explanation inspires confidence.

I have kept every email and every communication throughout this process. Anyone reading this review can draw their own conclusions from the way this case has been handled.

**Seven months. Repeatedly ignored. Evidence already provided. Yet your public response still contradicts the documented history of this case.**

That speaks for itself.

UPDATE: after their last message where they say they are willing to continue the conversation in private I sent them a message with a copy of the email I sent tehm on the 22nd of DECEMBER , same day i purchased the access and this is their response:

Hi Yolanda,

We have reviewed this case in full on several occasions and have responded to you across multiple channels. Our decision has been communicated to you and it is final.

This matter is now closed. We will not be responding to further correspondence about it.

After more than **seven months** trying to resolve an issue with **Hiro.fm**, I've decided to share my experience publicly so others can make an informed decision before purchasing.

On **22 December 2025**, I purchased two subscriptions. Within the SAME DAY, I submitted a refund request and contacted their support team.

What followed was months of unanswered emails, repeated attempts to get help, and countless hours trying to reach a real person. Most of the activity on my account wasn't me using the platform—it was me logging in over and over again simply trying to get customer support through their chatbot, which never resolved my issue.

Months later, the company publicly claimed that **they had never received my refund request**.

The problem is that I still have the original email I sent in December, and I even forwarded it to them again as evidence. Despite that, they continued to maintain the same version of events.

After seven months of trying to resolve this directly, their final response was simply that the case was closed and they would not reply to any further correspondence.

This post isn't about asking for sympathy. It's about transparency.

Before spending your money on any online service, make sure you also research how that company treats customers **after** they have paid. In my experience, good customer support matters far more than good marketing.

Based on my personal experience, I would not purchase from Hiro.fm again.

I have retained all emails, support conversations, and correspondence related to this case.

I almost didn’t try Hiro because I already use Libsyn and have invested in so many different platforms and tech tools that the thought of learning another one felt overwhelming.

What changed my mind was seeing how Hiro goes beyond traditional podcast hosting. I can create and sell audio courses, offer exclusive private podcasts, build no-code sales pages, and use automated messages to keep listeners engaged—all from one platform.

Since then, I’ve become genuinely excited about switching to Hiro and exploring new ways to make my teachings more accessible to people who prefer to learn while driving, exercising, working, or going about their day. The platform offers unique features I haven’t seen combined this way in other software, and it opens up so many possibilities for serving my audience without requiring them to sit through another video course.

I’d tell anyone on the fence, especially a coach, educator, author, or course creator; to give Hiro a try. Don’t let tech overwhelm keep you from discovering a simpler and more engaging way to share your content.

Before hiro i had very inconsistent revenue for 9 years in business. Since creating my own audios and courses I finally have consistent revenue for the first time and can actually stay an entrepreneur and not “get a real job” 😂

Honestly I wasn't that impressed. I could see it being useful for the right person, but I didn't care for it. The kicker was, even though I didn't use it my subscription auto renewed for an entire year. I contacted them tha very day and said I didn't know it was going to charge me. I asked for a refund and they said NO. So I paid for an entire 2nd year for NOTHING. Not cool. (Not sure of the exact date of my experience without looking and I've wasted enough time here)

Honest to goodness, Hiro is the BEST tool I've invested in in YEARS. It literally does everything. Create private or public podcasts, embed videos, create sales pages, and it even has SMS marketing built in. It's made creating content and getting it out so much easier. You can create stand alone shows or subscriptions. I still don't know how they do it. My clients love it because they can listen or watch from anywhere because all they actually need is their phone and an app to access the content and now with the new browser feature - they don't can choose. I've used it since September 2025. It paid for itself the next day and continues to do so. A complete game and life changer for me.

I love this software and company! They are always updating and improving. Plus it's a great way to be able to connect with my audience in New ways. I've used it for lead magnets, creating audio books, private feeds and podcasts for clients or specific programs. And standalone products as well. So many possibilities from one software. Keep up the great work team Hiro!

I've really enjoyed using hiro.fm and it allows me to actually speak into my customers' ears as a short cut to know like trust. I am looking for new ways to use it along my customer journey.

I've had Hiro.fm for a while...ok....a really long while and didn't do anything with it. They recently launched the Echo Producer AI Engine, such a game changer. I was able to create my first complete show (a lead magnet) from scratch over a weekend. It was so much fun I've already started work on my 2nd show The Lunch Break Breakthrough.

Using Hiro to create The Crash Cycle Interrupt was such a great experience. It made it incredibly easy to organize, record, and publish a 21-day audio series, so I could spend my time thinking about the listener experience instead of the technology.

What surprised me most was how deeply the format resonated. The people I serve are busy, often juggling work, caregiving, health challenges, and everything else life throws at them. Being able to press play on a two-minute episode while making coffee, taking a walk, or sitting in the school pickup line turned out to be exactly what many of them needed. Seeing people purchase the program and hearing how much the short episodes have helped them build momentum has been incredibly rewarding.

I’m already looking forward to creating my next program on Hiro.

It looks like a pyramid scheme or a scam; it’s pretty complicated to use. When you sign up, it takes you straight to checkout. it’s so ridiculous. I don’t know, this is a scam, and the reviews here are 100% fake. It’s like you’re buying a book instead of software buy Hiro FM now for $97. They highlight basic features that every platform has as if they’re some kind of hyper-unique thing; it’s a total circus. Support uses some cheap chatbot, and everything is complete chaos with no organization whatsoever... Just run away from such cheap companies.

been using Hiro for my private podcasts and it earnestly made thing so much easy for me. The dashboard is super simple and setting up my audio course didnt take long at all. Nonetheless, I did had a little issue finding one of the setting in the outset but the support team assist me out really fast. Furthermore, This is the best tool for creators if you ask me.

I want to share my experience with Hiro FM.

At the beginning, I had some problems setting everything up, and I honestly doubted whether this platform was the right choice for hosting and selling my podcasts. Part of my hesitation came from some reviews I had read online, which made me a bit suspicious about moving forward.

However, it turned out that all the issues were caused by a very simple technical incident (my fault). The support team helped me solve it quickly and clearly. What impressed me the most is that they didn’t just fix the problem — they also adjusted the platform to my specific requirements in record time, exactly to what I needed.

After seeing how they treated me and how committed they were to finding a solution, I now feel that some of the negative reviews I had read were probably not very well intentioned or at least not fully fair.

Because of this experience, I want to give Hiro FM my full trust. The platform will be extremely useful for me, as it allows me to use my own podcasts during study sessions, both for myself and for my students.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. They don't stand behind their product, don't offer a trial period, and don't listen to customer feedback. Stay away, far, far away.

EDIT #3: I've provided you with all my personal details privately multiple times. I'm not an anonymous poster, and you're well aware of that. Given how you run your business and treat your customers, I strongly suggest you reevaluate your decision to inject your faith into this discussion.

EDIT #2: These people are so full of it. "1,379 recorded activity events" from what? Looking at the admin panel and thinking, "This is a useless service that I'll never use, that does not live up to the claims in their advertisements or sales page"?

I just took a screenshot of my admin panel in Hiro, which clearly shows ZERO activity. Wish I could post it here, but Trustpilot doesn't allow images or outbound links in reviews.

Clearly, the fact that the people behind Hiro are investing so much time and effort arguing with and attempting to discredit a polite yet dissatisfied customer says everything you need to know about Hiro.fm and the people who run it.

EDIT: In response to the reply given by the company, here's what they said when I requested a refund a few days after my purchase, after I had a chance to look inside the admin area of the product:

"Thanks for reaching out.

"I wanted to let you know we don’t offer refunds, as stated in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service shown on all of our sales and checkout pages. Our pricing is intentionally low so we can offer Hiro to more people, and we’re not structured to treat the product as a free trial.

"That said, I took a look at your account and it shows the software has been actively used, which means we delivered everything as promised."

I never used the product. I never attempted to set up a podcast or course. I fiddled with the options in the admin area, saw it wasn't for me, and politely requested a refund, which was refused as seen above.

Clearly, Hiro uses clever marketing tactics to sucker people into purchasing a "lifetime membership" while knowing many who purchase will be unhappy with the product after their purchase.

Then, without previous disclosure, they deny refunds based on the fact that the customer accessed the product, even if they didn't actually use it.

Also, the refund policy is buried at the bottom of the page as a footer link. No one would read it, because no one would see it when making a purchase. It's pretty much assumed that any similar service has a trial period and refund guarantee, and if I'd known they didn't offer one, I wouldn't have purchased the product.

Again, steer clear of this company.
