The order process was easy to go…
The order process was easy to go through . I could keep the bag to fill over a period of time. Finally the collection process was also easy. The lorry appeared with a couple of day and took the bag away without disturbing me.

Hippo waste is a very useful with limited space and the available placement options you have with the bags, you can can get waste removed from places not always accessible by a skip. It’s also very convenient that you do t need to be around when collection is made.

Super easy experience
Super easy experience, really clear instructions on where to place it and what can go in it.
Not much difference in price for a traditional skip but you have the convenience of putting it up when you want, taking your time to fill it and it being collected when you want. If you’re doing a project over a period of time, the hippo bag is a great option.
I had to change my collection day and this was arranged really quickly.
Definitely recommend

Yes a very good service
Yes a very good service. I did worry about the weight restriction they ask you not to exceed as how do you know? I did need to call after booking online collection as expected to be advised an actual day and they just give a time window of 5 working days. So I requested a text notification for the day before which worked well. There is a facility to do this online but I didn’t realise I’d not be given an actual day so I’d not ticked it. It took several days to collect but was within the time window they gave and I received a text the day before. So all good.

I have used Hippo several times
I have used Hippo several times and it has always worked well.
The first time I was sceptical about the collection as they simply acknowledge the booking and say it will be collected within 5 days. They don't tell you when the truck is on its way, which would be perfect, or say, a window on the day, but every time they have collected after 2 or 3 days and you don't have to be in when they arrive, either.
So, all in all, an excellent service.

Man and Van - Excellent service…would use them again
We used the Hippo Man and a Van service to help us with clearing out my Uncle’s house - had an oven, washing machine and numerous pieces of furniture and bags of bricks a brac and rubbish. We couldn’t fit a skip in, so decided to try this.
Justin and Steve - the team who came to us - were brilliant. They called in advance, were friendly and professional. Worked quickly, making sure it all fit. Lovely guys.
Would definitely use this service again. And our thanks to Justin and Steve.

Easy booking, mega bag holds loads!
Megabag arrived quickly, was very easy to load and i was surprised how much the bag could take. Collection was easy to arrange and it got picked up well before the 5 days stated. Will definitely use again for future house upgrades
