If pay for collection use within 6 months
Hipposkips are brilliant - you can keep them until you need them, so for our garage clear out this was perfect as it was too hot all over the summer, but we finally got round to the job.
HOWEVER - I was not aware if you pay for collection the code for this has to be used within 6 months - this is in the small print but not obvious - there is a surcharge for collection in this situation and I feel this should be made more obvious (hence a star docked).
However the ordering and collection process is very easy, service is excellent, and I would highly recommend them as a flexible way of getting rid of large amounts of rubbish. Collection was very speedy and efficient.
In retrospect we should have just ordered the bag and then booked collection later (although then you don't tend to get the discounts). Just useful to be aware.

Quick delivery of skip bag and collection was 2 days after submitting the request. The middle sized bag fit a medium sized green house, large wooden trellis, garden waste, bricks, rubble, paving slabs etc. very happy with the service and will use again. Thank you!

Exceptional Service at a Great Price, does exactly what it says!
This is the second time I have had a Hippobag, the first time was a medium bag for household clearance, the second was the largest size for a full bathroom strip out and refit, plus two additional WC's. The bags are super strong, well made and easier to use and accomodate than a metal skip. They are enviornmentally better on your lawn or driveway, doing less damage to pavers, lawns and surfaces. Both times I ordered my back for next day delivery aand it arrived as promised. The returns system is dead easy, a simple phone call. Then a text the day before to confirm they are coming and you don't need to be at home on collection. No fuss, no hassle, easy. The other thing is it was about £50 less than the same size skip. You can also buy them at Screwfix and B&Q and some other outlets. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Booked the pick up and they were there within 4 days of request. Nice pick up personnel. Easy flexible solutions over a hard skip.
