Bug with ordering on web site casued 2…
There appears to be a bug with the website ordering system. After confirming the cost for a 2-month supply, the order somehow changed to a 6-month supply at checkout, resulting in an additional ~$200 charge. I created a support ticket immediately after purchase, but unfortunately it wasn’t reviewed until after the order had already been received, so the issue couldn’t be resolved.
On the positive side, the doctor interaction was excellent and the postage speed was very good.

Try communicating first
Once again you start with action rather than communication. Thank for cancelling the recent payment and tying my payment up in a refund process for 10-15 days that just what I wanted (sarcasm). How about you start with communication and an agreement on a way forward rather than taking action first that may not be the best outcome

I started pilot for both weight loss and for fatty liver which was advised by my primary GP , I have been on the program for 18 months and have lost 20+ kg. My BP and Liver function have returned to normal levels and i am feeling great .

My order arrived later than the stated…
My order arrived later than the stated delivery window, and there were no instructions included on how to use the Derma roller. The Testosterone Support comes in a 60-pack, while the medication refill is a 90-pack, which means I have to place extra orders just to stay on schedule — quite inconvenient. I also received an email saying the issue was “resolved” even though there had been no communication about the delivery delay.
