MISLEADING AND MANIPULATIVE WEBSITE
This service does not provide a clear or genuine way to cancel. What they call “cancellation” only stops an administrative feature called a Treatment Plan, while the account itself remains active and recurring.
There is no clear or accessible way to fully cancel your account or stop future orders through the website. This design is misleading and appears intentionally confusing.
I do not recommend this service to anyone.
I agree with the reviews by James Butler, Matthew Folino, Greg Kennish, Camilla Collato, Jake Michaels, Alex, Andy, Team Global Express Courier, Joshua, ES, and many others who report being misled and charged despite attempting to cancel.
I have received no incentive of any kind to write this review.

It works!!!’
For years I’ve tried viagra and whilst it works it tended to fade in performance after lots of yrs of use.
The pilot program is great no side effects works very well especially when used with the testosterone booster. I’m happy my partner is happy.

The company support is non-existent, they've over relied on AI to handle medical care and questions. I do not recommend Pilot to anyone looking to get medical support, or for anything at all, really.

Pilot do what they say they will …
Pilot did everything they said they would at the time they said they. The consultation was professional and polite.
Delivery of the medication was the same, tracked from start to finish and arrived at on the day expected. This process is much more convenient than sitting in a GP waiting room and highly recommend Pilot

The whole process was easy and the result is most enjoyable
The whole process was easy. The consult was thorough with the doctor easy to talk to about something very personal and intimate. Once prescribed, the advice about the medication was supplied quickly and all side effects explained simply. The was a follow up email and the response was quick and concise. I am so glad I got the courage to do something about my ED. My sex life now is so much better. I last longer and I never have to worry about going "soft" on the job. I am happy with the result and, most importantly, so is the wife.

I took a risk and joined up to pilot. It has literally just changed my sex life for the better. I don't normally write reviews but in this case I am compelled to do so. I have just had the best sex of my life and my mental health is better for it and I feel absoulty ecstatic.
