Lora in Customer Service was a pleasure to deal with. She was extremely helpful, polite, and answered my emails very quickly. Great customer experience!!!

First, my kid loves his C1 e-bike. When I did have an issue, the support staff (Freya) was super responsive, provided a video to walk me through the fix, and followed up to make sure I was happy. I was impressed!

Lora did everything to help me resolve my problems with my bike. Her customer service was top notch.

The skewer of the front wheel just broke off riding on a plain road. This is awful.
Had to book a Uber XL just to get the bycycle home. This is bad. This bycycle sucks. I think most of the stars on the review are fake. Himiway really really needs to improve its product. Its a expensive electric bycycle with cheap parts.

I had a problem with my 5-year old bike motor and look for some advice and possible parts. I was assisted by Freya in the Customer Support Dept who was extremely helpful with my problem. She consulted the Tech Dept and conveyed back to me there advise. She followed up in a timely manner and made the experience outstanding. Himiway is a great company and has great support staff.

My wife and I have done short bike tours in the past. We are now looking into e-bikes to help us through tours since we have reach 68 yrs. Freya was most helpful as we start searching and most definitely will work with Freya if and when we go that route. Excellent response time and customer service.

I intend to buy one or two Himiway D5 2.0 bikes. I asked some questions to Himiway Germany's support team. They were fantastic – all my questions were answered in detail, and I received friendly and professional advice – congratulations – keep up the good work!

So, alles bestens. Support vielen Dank. Mein Akku ist bestens eingepackt geliefert worden und jetzt haben wir auch schon einige Kilometer hier am schönen Niederrhein zurückgelegt.
Das D5 2.0 fährt so wie ich mir das auch vorgestellt habe, es gleitet Butterweich über Wellige Schotter Pisten selbst kleinere Schlaglöcher nimmt Mann/ Frau nicht wirklich war. Jetzt schau ich mal nach einer Packtasche und Wasserflasche mit Halterung.

I’ve been very happy with my Himiway Cobra Pro. I had a difficult electrical issue that took quite a while to diagnose. I replaced several components and even had two bike shops look at it before ultimately determining that the battery’s BMS was the source of the problem.

To Himiway’s credit, they suggested the battery early in the troubleshooting process, even though at the time it seemed unlikely because I had tested with another battery. Once the battery was replaced, the bike was back to running properly.

The Cobra has been a great bike overall, and Himiway’s customer service was responsive throughout the process. I’m looking forward to getting many more miles out of it.

Leider gibt es Schwierigkeiten mit der Lieferung, da das Lager leer ist. Dies wurde erneut verschoben, das sich das Schiff mit den Containern verspätet. Der Kundensupport mit Freya ist super. Mir wurde stets schnell geholfen und fragen zum Lieferstatus usw. beantwortet. Ich musste nur sehr kurze Zeit auf Rückantwort warten, wirklich super. Eine sehr gute Mitarbeiterin

Nachtrag: Ein paar Tage später wurde das Fahrrad geliefert und wenig später die zusätzlich bestellten Teile. Alles Top.

We recently ordered a C5 ultra electric motorbike for my son. I had a question about the settings on the air shock and a couple of parts issues. Freya was great at getting me the information on the shocks and the replacement parts that we needed, which were shipped out as soon as we were able to document and clarify the issues. Great customer service.
