Response to High Peak: Instead of spending time replying here, I wish you’d use that energy to improve your delivery and communication with clients. It would benefit your business and everyone involved much more.
It’s been a very disappointing experience with them. Starting with the fact that they provided a tracking link that showed no update for almost a month. At the same time, they sent an email saying that my parcel had been delivered, which was simply not true.
When I contacted them about the issues, instead of clarity or support, I received aggressive emails.
Then they finally sent the products, but only partially. So I had to chase them again. In total, I waited a month and a half.
What struck me the most was the aggression and the complete lack of common sense. It honestly made me think that maybe this is run by a bunch of children with behavioral issues, because I cannot imagine a group of adult people behaving and communicating in such an appalling way.
What makes this even more disappointing for me is that I genuinely needed those products. I really, really needed them for winter and I was counting on their delivery. By the time the products finally arrived, I didn’t even need them anymore.
This is a big lesson for me to never trust Chat GPT for recommendations without doing my own research.

Did what they asked by removing the chargeback to get an IMMEDIATE refund (their words) and never heard from them again except to threaten me with legal fees. My case was closed with my credit card in my favor. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOSERS AND RIP OFF ARTISTS! An F rating with the BBB should tell you something in addition to all of these rave reviews on TrustPilot

I ordered 3 pet hair removal gloves. They were more expensive than the others I looked at, but I was impressed by supposedly how well they work. What I received is something totally different, cheap, and it just doesn't work. I also didn't get the $20 gift card. Their reviews were so good and most likely fake. I should have dug deeper. From now on it's only Amazon.

God I wish i would have saw these reviews prior to ordering. Shame on me. What an absolute joke of a company. I would only recommend them if you like companies that do not offer a way to speak to someone, will not respond to email, uses a chatbot as their only source of communication, and last but not least, rips you off! They charge you for a product they will never deliver and will never respond to you when you inquire about it. Your better off taking your money, wiping your butt with it and then flushing it down the toilet. Much less of a hassle.

I wish I could have given them zero stars but you have to give one. I was out the country and my package was delivered. Instead of placing it in a locker they left it at the front door. I told them I lived in an apartment complex and that it must've been taken and I asked for a replacement or refund but they denied both so now I'm out of $80 and it seems as if they didn't care.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! Products were direct from China, cheap and low quality plus missing parts but they made me pay to ship it back ($60+ on a purchase worth $120!) and then still didn’t refund me after receiving the return!!! Once they stopped replying to my emails for a couple weeks I filed a chargeback with Visa and they immediately started hounding me to cancel the case, offering to refund me even more than I asked for but only if I closed it. When Visa said not to as I can’t re-open it they switched to threatening to sue me for the single item I kept, worth a whopping $39. Wish I came here to read reviews before wasting money, time and energy. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have no idea where these positive reviews have come from. All items are shipped from outside the USA. The projector did not work as advertised and there is no customer support phone number available. A return is accepted but for a heavy "restocking fee". My second item ordered 25 days ago has still not arrived and I am told I will have to pay a return fee on that. . I requested this order to be cancelled and was told that it was not possible. SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA AND BUY LOCAL! This experience has been a waste of time and money.

They have an option to track your order on their site using a tracking number. However they don’t provide a tracking number when you place an order… I reached out to their support team with my order number to request the tracking number and still haven’t received a response. I think this site is a scam. Don’t waste your time and money!

I tried to get a refund because they didnt give a delivery date when I ordered. They replied that you can only receive a refund within 5 minutes of your order otherwise you can wait for your order and return it then. You will not receive a refund until after they receive the product back and examine it and after that it could take up to 30 days to receive your refund. What a joke! They should ban this website completely.

I purchased a streaming stick from them and the item failed to do what they implied it would do, it was of poor quality and construction, when I tried to return it they gave me all kinds of lame excuses as the reason they wouldn’t take it back. They even accused me of being disrespectful, I have all the emails. I suggest do not buy anything from them.
I still stand by my review, I purchased the streaming stick based on their advertising in Facebook and it definitely implied their product would bypass the standard streaming apps.

1. You asked me to contact you within 2 days if I didn't receive a response from you because you failed to reply, when I contacted you after the 3rd day you stated 'our staff need time off".
2. You haven't requested my address to forward a new unit, the last email you sent to me you asked whether I had requested my cash back from the bank I stated no.
3. Why would you need my address again when you it's a replacement unit when you've already sent one originally.

The companies product has terrible reviews. I thought I would give it chance. First part I noticed is the packaging came open. I agreed to send the item back but their customer service was rude and horrible. I’ll write a google review as well to add to their already bad ratings. To whomever reads this don’t but the product, receding kind customer service is a great addition to wanting to enjoy their product. To add, I had to return the item which I get. However this port pathetic company couldn’t even pay for the shipping back. I lost half of the value just from the shipping for returns. They also posed threats against me. I submitted other reviews for this company on other referrals and reviews. Whatever is written back as a reply don’t believe it
This company tries to back them selfs up with their responses. There are better places that would work with customers and not just threaten to hire attorneys. Good luck with this stupid product by doing so.

A product looking like what’s advertised does mean that’s the product we got. Please, this is so simple to understand.
1. High quality? More like SHITTY quality
2. You advertised that it can expand, it doesn’t
3. The speaker is below even vol 5 on my phone
4. The quality of the projector itself is like a toy.
5. Me getting a free light and a screen that isn’t even big enough does not mean you didn’t play with my money. I literally laid it down for you, and you’re still not getting the point. I am saying you are plating with my money because your product is not good, yet you advertised to be. You string clients along when they want to return. Literally read the reviews. I had to comment on TikTok to get a reply (and that comment was deleted too). You lie on your website. You sending me free things does not mean you played with my money less.
6. You say you only keep legitimate comments. How are you rated 1.4 and talked about on Reddit about your products but all the bots on social media are legitimate? You don’t think I clicked on those pages? Investigated?

G. The SAME bullshit projector is on Ali for half the price. Scam
The evidence supports me, calling you scammers is accurate. Plus, HP is on scamadvisor.com rated at 56. Rated product at 1.4. It’s not for no reason. It’s because you’ve preyed upon sooooo many people that were excited to try your product, but realized they were part of scheme.
