WOW, I am so impressed with the quality and speed of service. The shoes were presented beautifully, first in their original box, and also in an High Heel Hierachy box. I am really pleased with the shoes which look better than in the pictures, and will definitely be looking to purchase more in the future. I would highly recommend highheelhierachy.com

Hi Thomas,
Your wife had messaged us on Instagram and we immediately replied, but we have not heard from her again.
If you had an issue with the item, you should have requested return within the time-frame specified in our return policy.
Interestingly, the initial message from your wife states as follows:
‘Hello ladies
I just had to say wow just wow, my husband (the cheeky one who kept putting offers in last week) my cl shoes came today and just the packaging alone I was so happy!
Love the shoes
Thank you again
Much love
….
We have been in contact with your wife, at no point has she requested a return, and neither have you.
We have given you a very generous discount on this item, and would have been more than happy to accepted return had you asked for it.
It is a shame that you felt the need to leave a a 2 star review even though you kept the item.
I sincerely wish for your wife to get as much enjoyment out of the beautiful shoes as possible.
Regards
Roberta
