What do you expect from a company currently involved in lawsuits for their unfair dealings? Everything about this website is sketchy. They are technically running an illegal lottery because they do not credit any AMOE. Absolutely zero, if you ask they will tell you that they didn’t recieve any of the entries you sent or you did them all wrong. Even if you have done them correctly and mailed many different batches. They clearly aren’t making very much money because if they were they would be following sweepstakes law and not opening themselves up to getting sued. It’s unfortunate that I will have to write to my attorney general and the Ohio casino commission, and the ftc to report a fraud and scam. I mean over 500 measly dollars in amoe, that I’m owed. However, I suggest everyone do the same and reach out to your attorney general and gambling regulators to inform of the violation. I have an email that I typed up for each and I have it scheduled to send once a week to make sure it gets to the right people.

This place is very scandalous, I have been playing here for about 2 years and I finally won somthing decent 20,000.$ they refused to pay it. Said I had to get further verified beyond what I already was. I have redeemed on several occasions without issue, but this time they did not want to pay the winnings. I will never deposit another dime here. Very bad. Play somewhere else

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They take 3 days to answer and then don't even bother to read the message. They give you a copy and paste cookie cutter answer and don't even bother to attempt to rectify the issue. I've been trying to redeem for a week now, and they're customer service is of no help.

Worst scam ever! They want your money, despite the fact, that you can’t play outside restricted areas. No info about it, when you sign up. And the customer support sucks - they send the same e-mail again and again - like a robot. It is the worst gaming experience ever!!!

As others have pointed out i use to enjoy playing at high 5, i didnt always win but they had a fairly good rtp. That was until recently about the time that high 5 got banned from california i noticed a HUGE decline in rtp to the point that i havnt been able to cash out a single time the past few months although spending around $1000. On top of all that my vip prestige level drops almost double on a daily basis & yet again in spite of the fact ive spent almost 1000 in 2 months time. them losing california with other states most likely soon following cali example high 5 is on the way out. I highly recommend staying away from high 5 casino.

I purchased a coin package for $5.00. I played and won $100.00. I initially tried to redeem via my bank, but it was not in the list of banks shown, and I did not see the option to manually enter the routing and account numbers, so I decided to try the gift card.

I selected the Instacart gift card with the 10% bonus, so I got $110.00 for $100.00. It was approved and sent to me the same day. I added it to my Instacart account, and I was so happy. I am always nervous to redeem due to a bad experience with other social casino sites.

You know something... I honestly have always had a pretty good impression of this casino .. that is until I actually won enough money to submit a redemption request... Smh. I submitted this request over two days ago and it is STILL 'pending' ... Absolutely ridiculous how long this is taking! If you play on this site and think you're going to get your winnings quickly, you're going to be very disappointed. I understand there are things and important security checks that must happen but there's just no excuse for it to take this long. I'm just waiting for approval y'all... That's not even including the amount of time it'll take for them to send it to my bank and for it to become available... That's an additional several days. It would be really nice if you could please approve my redemption request. I've fulfilled everything on my part that you've asked of me to do.
