Well unfortunately I hate having to write this , but I have to. I've never had a bad experience with high 5 myself but my husband on the other hand he had an account a while back his phone was damaged he got a new phone he could not get into the any of his old emails therefcoulde made a new account on high 5 in which they fully verified him and not only that he deposited money to play the game which he ended up winning $200 and he chose the gift card option. So after being verified and depositing he was still ready to go good to play until Cash out came he went to withdrawal for his gift cards the next day they tell him nothing no explanation absolutely nothing and they closed his account not explaining of why he doesn't get his $200 saying he had duplicate accounts okay first of all they should have caught that one he was verifying second of all if he had a duplicate account they should have caught that before they verified him or while they were verifying him and even before they let him deposit money. But all of a sudden once he did that cash out he has stupid accounts this and that this is messed up it's unethical and it's very very nasty business I will never ever play for high five again and I will keep reviewing everywhere about this poor taste poor judgment bad business.

Customer service is painfully slow and ineffective. Responses take far too long, and when they do respond, it is usually with generic and dismissive replies. When games fault or glitch, which does happen, they refuse to credit or resolve the issue in any meaningful way.

This is not the first time this has happened to me on high 5 casino. When I go to redeem my redemption prize I log into my bank chosen and then it wants me to confirm my identity by entering the code sent through via text message,, thing is I could wait all night and not receive the so called code.. I had it up to 13k I've never won so much at once but because of this predicament I wasted half of it because I can't get anyone to help me it's been over 3 days! This is complete utter bs!

I paid for sweep coins, won a little bit, went to cash out and had verify my account. Well once I verified my account and went to play another game, it says I'm restricted to contact support. Well I did multiple times and no response.

Did the referral bonus perfectly and did not get credited. Tried reaching out to support on 3 different occasions and was unable to even get ahold of an agent about it. Customer support is a big deal and these guys have none.

Ridiculous that when doing verification process 1) they don’t let you attach a photo uou must take fresh one of self and license . ( not end of world but there’s a lot of social casinos it’d be nice to just use one I just used elsewhere .

High 5 casino let's start with the good stuff. Their RTP feels pretty fair/good. I am a long time slot player (mostly online). The only reason I really gave them two stars instead of one is because they have a great game called Foxy Dynamite. It is an awesome game and I recommend it highly! The reason why I don't spend as much money as I used to at H5C or even close to as much as I spend at other sites is primarily because of their VIP program. The VIP program on H5C does that thing where it's all about the money you actually deposit and is not as much about the amount of playthrough you have put in. It's very hard to keep your VIP level even when you're winning because it's all about the amount of money you spend so you will not get anywhere in their VIP levels or stay on a higher VIP level very long if you're not losing a lot of money all the time! This is basically what my experience has been. I literally was playing for about an hour one day and was winning consistently for that hour and when I was finished and had initiated my withdrawal, I had actually gone down a VIP level!!! Your daily bonus is dependent on your VIP level also. There's absolutely no good reason for my VIP level to decrease when I'm on a winning streak unless what I mentioned above is the actual case. They don't seem to offer VIP players rakeback. I feel like their VIP program is just a sorry attempt to get people to keep depositing more money without much benefit to the player.
