Excellent service and advice and timely delivery can’t fault it

I was looking to upgrade my system with a new integrated amplifier and arranged a demo of a Simaudio Moon 250i. Assem suggested bringing my current speakers and DAC to get an idea of how things would sound together.

System was set up and I was left to take as much time as I liked to try out the system. Assem offered excellent advice and ultimately I ended up with a new amplifier AND speakers!

Very happy with the whole experience and would recommend without hesitation that anyone looking for some new equipment should check out Hifonix.

I've bought a few items from Hifonix now. I live nowhere near the store, but when it comes to the audio hobby, I'd much rather deal with a store that gives great service.

Hifonix excels at this. I recently ordered a slightly expensive item from them, and they quickly called me to discuss the purchase as they felt they had an alternative that would be more reliable and sound better. I've been in this hobby for years, and this wasn't a sales pitch in the slightest, just really good customer service. It also helps that the prices are fair.

They were spot on, the item they suggested instead was far superior, and offered more for the money. So thank you Hifonix, I'll be using you exclusively from here on in.

I recently purchased some wireless earbuds from Hifonix.
Even though they were a pre-order item, Hifonix kept in contact, sending me regular updates on the progress of my order. I called Hifonix several times once my order had arrived, as I had a few questions about the earbuds. Hifonix were fantastic, very helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly, and they were able to guide me through the setup process.
Hifonix cares about its customers, and based on my experience, I will purchase more audio products from them in the future.
I made another purchase from Hifonix this week, and again, the customer service is exceptional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

An excellent hi-fi shop, catering for audiophiles looking for hi-end equipment. There is plenty of gear set up for demo, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Well worth a visit.

Discovered Hifonix by accident but after draining my bank account sufficiently… and after multiple purchases, they are now my go-to source for hifi equipment going forward.

Wanting to take my audio journey to the next level with a purchase of a flagship IEM, I'd spoken with Aseem who had recommended the Unique Melody Mest MK3.

I'd purchased the Fiio FH9 IEM's and Fiio M11 plus DAP from Hifonix the previously and upgraded the IEM cable with the Effect Audio Ares S 8W, also purchased from Hifonix.

So based on Aseem's recommendation I went off and read lots of reviews and watched YouTube videos about the UM Mest MK3, and all reviews pointed that this would be a great IEM for my music library of Metal and Hard rock, with a bit of Johnny Cash thrown in for good measure.

So on a typical British rainy day, off I set to Hifonix to make my purchase, greeted with a warm welcome and an offer of a drink, Aseem produced the UM Mest MK3 IEM's and The Effect Audio Eros S IEM cable, as felt this would be a good cable to pair with the UM Mest MK3. The moment of truth came and the purchase was complete.

With a firm handshake and good bit of banter, I returned home to test my new IEM's and Aseem's recommendation didn't disappoint. The UM Mest MK3 is truly an Endgame IEM, with amazing musical detail.

So folks if you are after quality audio products and more importantly great customer service then I highly recommend Hifonix.

I took a trip to Hifonix today to see Aseem.
I had purchased a Violectric V380 mk2 amplifier from Hifonix and I wasn't entirely happy with the sound of it to my ears so I was looking at replacing it with a new Chord Hugo TT2 after reading lots of good reviews online.
Aseem Said to me right from the start that without using a balanced cable with my V380 amp I wasn't hearing my music the way it should be heard. I tried the Hugo TT2 with my own set up and it was really nice and I was pretty sure I was going to purchase the TT2 but then Aseem insisted that I try my Violectric V380 with a good Balanced xlr cable. Wow..... the difference was night and day, I never would have believed it possible and now my Violectric V380 sounded amazing just as Aseem said it would !
I purchased the cable and left the shop a very happy man indeed.
I trust Hifonix, Aseem could have sold me a £4000.00 TT2 quite easily but instead chose to be honest with me and give me options with the equipment that I had already purchased from him to get the best possible sound from my Violectric V380.
Aseem was 100% spot on with his knowledge and chose to made me happy instead of making money and there is a lot to be said for that nowadays !
Respect Aseem, I would 100% purchase from you again in the future and thank you so much for 2 hours of your time and coffee !

What an amazing place, wall to wall top quality hi-fi equipment and portable DAP players and the best selection of head phones and IEM’s. My first order from Hifonix was delivered quickly, but the device failed after a few days. The matter was dealt with quickly and a replacement products dispatched. Hifonix also giving me the opportunity to switch to an alternative product. Much appreciated.

Aseem’s customer service is second to none and he goes the extra mile to make sure everything is ok. I fully recommend HiFonix as you don’t get the personal touch by using on line retailers. Let’s support the high street and by the way his stock is sensational
