This was a very positive experience for me. The thought of requiring hearing aids filled me with dread but I had a very helpful initial consultation with Darren then had my ears cleaned a few days later with the two staff whose names I wished I could remember but they were brilliant. Then today with Darren again I got to test the hearing aids and the science of hearing was so brilliantly explained , thank you everyone.

Great Experience
My experience was great! The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Anthony, my audiologist, was friendly, professional and reassuring. The test was easy and well explained. The results and next steps were explained clearly. I, fortunately, did not need anything further and at no time did I feel that there was a sales pitch coming. Excellent service that I would thoroughly recommend!

Highly recommended
Comfortable surroundings and pleasant staff.
Richard, the Audiologist, explained everything clearly and in detail.
He answered my questions and did not attempt to put me under pressure during my visit.
Now I need time to consider my options to improve my hearing.

Precdure was well explained by Alan beforehand and thankfully results were excellent on this occasion.

Positive Visit to Newtownard's Branch.
I was at your Newtownard's branch for a routine appointment. A lovely lady named Gemma dealt with me in a most professional manner and it was clear that she was very experienced and a credit to Hidden Hearing. I'm very satisfied with the hearing aids I obtained from Hidden Hearing and look forward to my next routine appointments, hopefully with Gemma. Overall, a most pleasant and constructive meeting.
