Extremely disappointed after spending…
Extremely disappointed after spending £3,500 on hearing aids three years ago that nobody thought to tell me at the time that in three years I would need to spend another £4000 to hear properly, had I been aware that the hearing aids couldn’t be adapted to my hearing needs as each year past I would of just settled for the cheaper ones in the beginning. Not impressed that there nothing they can do to help me unless I spend that amount of money yet again. Possibly naive but absolutely will NOT be recommending anyone to hidden hearing.

aids. I will definitely go back again for a further test in the next few months to check if there is deterioration.

I didn’t even want to give one star…
I didn’t even want to give one star they are so bad! Having confirmed my appointment twice I received a call from Brian one of the managers at 12noon informing me casually that my appointment for 12noon wouldn’t be going ahead I was shocked at how inconsiderate & disrespectful of my time he was… I didn’t wait to hear the excuse I told him to forget about it & remove me from his list!!

I had a great experience and Hidden Hearing assured me about my hearing and the action I need to take in years to come to ensure my hearing is maintained. All the staff were very professional and friendly.

Annual hearing review with Brian Daly.
Brian clearly explained how the hearing test would be conducted, and after the test he reviewed the test results with me against the test from 12 months ago.
Great experience with a knowledgeable person who put me at ease right from the start of my appointment. I have nothing but respect and admiration for the professionalism with which he conducts his work.
