Lights work well. Technical support before and during purchase was very helpful including light map. Communication throughout was great. Plastic clips on two of six lights were cracked. Warranty process took a week, delaying completion of my project but issue was resolved to satisfaction. 4/5 Stars (only due to project delay). I would do business/order again from this company.

It transformed my garage!
Wow! I love my garage now and so does my wife. Hyperlite transformed my garage to a showroom. It was very easy to assemble and mount to the ceiling. It did not come with a remote but I got one at Walmart and it works perfect. If you are on the fence about getting it, get it. You’ll love it!

New high bay halos
Reached out about new lights for our shop. A rep got back to me with a plan and advised layout for our space, ended up ordering 16. The high bay halos offer flexible hanging and connection making it really easy as long as you have your pre wires where you want them. Really happy with how these look!

Wow, from ordering, shipping, and receiving everything was great! I was not sure of how many lights I would require so I contacted them. They in turn not only told me how many, they sent me diagrams of where to place them in my shop to give me the best lighting. They were put up, WOW they are perfect! Thank you!

Plastic film sucks
Love the lights but absolutely hate the plastic film on the individual lights. I spent more time trying to peel it off than mounting the lights to the ceiling. You need have your engineers take a box and see how long it takes them to get that ???? plastic film off! This is my second purchase and the first set I received last year did not have that film on it and it was just fine.

The free lighting requirement and layout was a great help. The fixtures are of good quality and fairly priced.
I have installed and tested half my layout and have no issues. Brightness and color are excellent.

Ordered lights 3-4 weeks ago
Ordered lights 3-4 weeks ago. Ended up not needing them as my electrician installed different lights without my knowledge. Been trying to return the unopened lights and been waiting 11 days now and my return is "still being processed"

Good product for the most part
Good product for the most part. Fairly easy to assemble and mount. Not sure why only less than three months one of my sets doesn’t seem to want to turn off with the remote at time and other times it just randomly blinks and/or goes off altogether.
