I received the LED dimmer switch quickly. It was the exact switch I needed. I had bought one off of Amazon at 1/2 the price & received it in 2 days but it was defective. Thanks for the great service. I love my HyperLite high bay lights in my 24 x 30 shop!

I sent an email stating I ordered…
I sent an email stating I ordered dimmable lights but the lights I received do not dim. Never got a reply to my email.
Hyperlite has since responded to my email (they said it ended up in their junk folder). They explained the steps for dimmable function.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by not receiving a reply to your email. We have checked our system and, unfortunately, we do not have a record of receiving your message.
Please allow us to clarify: Our dimmable hexagon lights are designed to dim via the power plug—simply toggle the switch to cycle through 100%, 60%, 30%, and off. They do not require a separate dimmer switch. We apologize if this was not made clear in the product description.

Not very happy that I bought two sets…
Not very happy that I bought two sets wanting to link them together and didn't have enough pieces! I believe for the price it should come with a few extra pieces for those who want to link them together or at the least have a note saying "these are needed to link"! Very aggravated I had to stall my install and order more parts!!

Regarding the voltage issue: We understand you ordered 277VAC lighting but received 240VAC. While both are within the common North American commercial voltage range , we understand this was not what you ordered and caused inconvenience. We should have been available to clarify this and assist you.

BRIGHT GARAGE
Lights arrived quickly and assembly was very easy. After we got them assembled the difference is dramatic. We only had a single 4 foot LED fixture in the garage. After installing the hexlights WOW I can know see to work on things without dragging another light out. My wife noticed the car wash she was using were leaving streaks in her vehicle. I highly recommend theses lights. The complements we have gotten from people are amazing!

Had a shipping issue and they took care of it and sent another. , product is good and pretty easy to use. Some colors are a little hard to see in the day if your close to it but from a distance they are clear and bright

it arrived damaged
it arrived damaged, the box has damage as well. i replied with pictures to an email asking for assistance and never got a reply. i have no other way of contact as you seem to keep that part very well disguised or hidden. this is the 3rd mirror i purchase and have not had this happen before.

I installed Hyperlite's 11 Hex RGB kit in my garage and so far everything is working as intended. The light output is good but not enough for shop lighting, and the color change effects are really cool.
The only con worth to these lights is that my garage door openers no longer work due to the bluetooth signal interfering with the garage remotes.

To clarify our policy: we do allow returns within 30 days of receipt, but the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund . If you have already opened and installed the 5-hex kits, they would no longer be eligible for return due to their condition affecting resale.
That said, we hear your concern about the "deceptive" experience, and we regret that our communication did not meet your expectations. We are committed to transparency and are reviewing how we communicate our policy to prevent similar misunderstandings.
