Vanaf het eerste contact werd ik vriendelijk en professioneel geholpen.
Mijn vragen werden snel en duidelijk beantwoord.
Fijn om zo begeleid te worden.

Cheap product - poor instructions.
Advertisement doesn’t match quality is very poor. Very disappointing will be returning but reviews say it’s near impossible. Shame on shop for supporting this company. Won’t be ordering anything on shop again.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company has been so disappointing and misleading that I feel COMPELLED TO WARN OTHERS. The product I ordered was advertised as a high-quality item, but what I received was nothing like the description. The item was cheaply made and overpriced—a far cry from what was promised in their advertisements.

What’s even more infuriating is their so-called “easy” return process. The company assures you that returning a product is a breeze, but once you reach out to customer service, you quickly learn that it’s anything but. They suddenly inform you that returning the product is nearly impossible, requiring you to pay for shipping to an address that raises red flags—a location in Denmark that feels suspicious at best. On top of that, they tack on a restocking fee that ends up costing more than the price of the actual product. In other words, you’re essentially paying extra to return an item you never wanted.

This experience felt like a well-orchestrated SCAM. Misleading advertising, subpar products, and a return policy designed to trap customers are unacceptable practices. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment—steer clear of this company.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Have a look at the fake 5 star reviews they're leaving - the title says "great blackhead remover" but the review then talks about neck massager!!!

Très déçu! J'ai commandé des lunettes loupes. Et je n'ai reçu que le dispositif d'éclairage. Ça fait 2 semaines que j'envoie des mails au service client pour leur demander un remboursement ou le reste de ma commande. Je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse !! C'est une véritable arnaque !! Ne commandez rien chez eux!

Ordered hexo care product for Christmas gift. Since it takes up to 18 days to deliver, I ordered in mid November.
Product came in in Dec 5. Wife opened on Dec 25. It wasn't what we thought it was. Started return on Dec 26 and was told policy is 14 days and it had been 20 days. After several emails on my part to try to convince them they kept saying 14 days and no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

i bought hexopatch natural knee pain relief kit. Except for very very very minimum warm (and since its fitted under the knee, knee itself dont feel the warm at all. Warm felt under the knee) and didnt relief ANY pain at all

Its not expensive but it also wont work.Delivery was considered ok. Wont recommend, stay away

I wrote to Hexocare about their products. Further to this the plaster cause allergies. I tried cleaning my knee with saline but its still very super itchy and i had to discard the plasters. Without going so far to read my email, this is their reply

Anyone who missed this note the important points
1) I can keep the product which i stated in email i have discarded
2) I have to pay a "RETURN FEE" which email didnt state how much, perhaps the 20% which they are going to offer to refund me

Does this make any sense? That i have a pay a "RETURN FEE" to get a 20% refund? I paid $29.99 for the product will be given a 20% refund which will amount to just $6 but had to first pay a "RETURN FEE". so assuming that "RETURN FEE"=$6 (and they didnt even state whats the return fee, it can be even another $29.99) just to get $6, i have to believe this and get subjected to being scammed by Hexocare further

If you are willing to get scam, which i felt i am in buying an inferior product that does nothing except caused allergy, you are welcome to purchase an item from them. Hexocare should be taken to court and a class action suit should be started on this company

Has anyone encountered a company that offered you a 20% refund asking that first you should pay a "RETURN FEE"

*NOTE: I reply to them that their reply will be posted to Trust Pilot, to further let others note about their highway robbery behavior to scam customers in their inferior products and yet scammed customers again by offer a 20% REFUND (NOTE not 100% refund) for unspecified "RETURN FEE". I didnt pay them any more money and should have stay away the first time if not for their fancy advertisement and carefully crafted deep fake testimonies and descriptions

Site ziet er heel netjes en betrouwbaar uit, Nederlands mailadres, adres in Denemarken. Ik bestel een paar zolen, duurt lang voor ik iets ontvang. Na een paar weken krijg ik eerst een mail van China(!) post dat mijn pakje naar een verkeerd adres is gestuurd. Ik stuur een mail naar de klantendienst dat ik gene goedkope brol besteld heb in China, maar iets op een Europese website. Ik krijg enkel een antwoord dat mijn pakje onderweg is, verder niks. Uiteindelijk is het toch aangekomen. Het product ziet er uit zoals op de website, maar vertoont na een paar weken al serieuze slijtage. Zoals eerder gezegd en gedacht, dure Chinese brol.

Awful, paid for speedy service and it took 18 days to arrive!
Ordered extra wide, velcro fastening shoes for an older man.
1) Cheap fabric, not waterproof
2) smell awful, realize now that this is the smell of glue
3) Truly awful, thought I was ordering from Dutch company but this is just another name for Temu type store only these aren’t cheap
4) Return possible but only if you pay for it.

I ordered HexoBunion Orthopedic Bunion Correctoe Sandals. The quality was so cheap and they looked nothing like what was on the website. I returned them to their mailbox in Schiedam, The Netherlands. Because I didn't get my money (€ 60) back I sent an e-mail to them. They returned an e-mail to me and said that I had sent it back to Denmark and they refuse to pay my money back.

Low quality and simple not fit. We drop to homeless shelter. Not reccomend for this is China low quality item.

Can’t give zero stars. Ships from China and if you want a refund you must ship to Denmark. With that being said, you must pay in taxes, tariffs, and import fees in order to return a product from a country that it did not originate. Stay away from this company.

I purchased 2 items from this company on November 29. Within 10 minutes of purchase, i sent them an email to cancel my order. The company declined to cancel the order. They replied to my email that the order had already been shipped and I could return items once I received it. Item was purchased on November 29, but the tracking shows November 30. So they intentionally didn't want to cancel my order. The worst part is that the item is yet to be received by USPS 16 days after, so I don't know how long it will take to arrive. Maybe 1 month. The worst part is that the company refused to send a returning label. They want me to pay for the returning shipping, knowing fully well that I had originally requested item cancellation in a timely manner. Of course, I won't be paying a penny to ship the item back, and I will make sure to get my full refund. Don't purchase from this seller. Feels like a scam.

Je koopt zogezegd een product van Zweedse makelij.
In mijn geval kon ik een apparaat kopen voor €149 wat normaal gezien €299 kost.
Uiteindelijk krijg je ongeveer een maand later een Chinees pakket geleverd met een apparaat dat er anders uitziet dan op de website. Met enkel een Chinese handleiding. Exact (!) hetzelfde apparaat vind je elders voor €70 (het apparaat op zich werkt wel naar behoren)

Opgelicht !
Dropshipping vanuit China zonder dat ze dit erbij zeggen.
Je wacht maanden op je bestelling. En dat voor gezondheidsproducten. Ik voel me opgelicht ! Niks kopen hier !
